The pills are a little big to swallow but on the whole I was impressed. I was worried because Acetominophen sometimes gives me a slight fever but I didnt get that side effect at all. So I will definitely be adding this to the medicine cabinet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Advil has a nice sweet taste that helps it to go doen easier without leaving a bitter aftertaste. I think the reason these work so well is the combination of Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen. I think most pills are usually one or the other.

I get the occasional headaches and body aches and often take typical Advil but do not feel any pain relief. With the Dual Action, I felt relief shortly after taking. I have already repurchased this item.

However, what I dislike about this is, typically when I have acetaminophen and ibuprofen, I am able to take them every couple hours apart if needed. But with having the two of them combined, I would not be able to do so.
