[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive always loved Advil for minor aches and pains from a twisted ankle to headache. This product has lower doses of Advil and combines acetaminophen in a lower dose to target two different causes of pain in the body. I noticed quick pain relief.

These headaches been so bad that others brands such as Aleve have been doing nothing for me. This Advil was the fastest working for me and 2 took my horrible headache away in no time. 10/10 recommend!

I was involved in a minor car accident, but new that I would be sore the next day. I took the Advil Dual Action to block the immediate pain and in anticipation of pain later in the evening. The Advil Dual Action did the trick. Within in 45 minutes my initial pain was lessened and I did not have the anticipated pain later in the evening! I will definitely put this product in my medicine cabinet and use it when needed!

So while Advil is great for inflammatory pain and swelling, acetaminophen helps with other minor aches and fevers. Advil works in both the brain and body, while acetaminophen only works in the brain. I took it for a headache at the back of my head and it helped within 20 mins.
