[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably the quickest OTC pain reliever Ive used for a headache. I get pressure headaches when the seasons change and Im glad I had this product to use. I got the same results when using for menstrual discomfort. Very fast relief!

I’ve definitely done the switching off on acetaminophen and ibuprofen when I’ve had to, but this provides the benefits of that with just taking one dose. And it works almost immediately!
