I usually try to hold off on taking anything until I cant handle the pain anymore. I took these and they kicked in within about an hour and I could feel my headache going away. I was able to sleep and woke up the next day feeling a little better. I will probably repurchase these when its a minor headache and I needs something.

My menstrual cramps can be quite painful, and this has been the best medication I have tried for them. I usually use other brands that are specifically marketed for menstrual cramps, and the Advil Dual Action was even better than these. The pain was almost immediately completely gone, and I was able to go about my normal daily activities. I will definitely be keeping these with me at all times.

Overall the product is very nice, Ive used Advil for years and trust their brand. I took this in result of some muscle cramping and it worked great! The combination of ibuprofen and pain reliever really subsided the pain. I did also read that this would work well for menstrual cramps, which I plan on using for in the next few weeks. Overall very satisfied with this product. The only reason its 4 stars is that Ive only had to use it 1-2 times in my trialing.
