[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Advil Dual Action did help with my cramps, however you would not get a lot of bang for your buck with the cost of the tablets and the amount you receive. I would purchase this product if the price goes down.

While intriguing to combine them, Im not really sure if this make enough of a difference. I do like Advil though and will continue to buy their regular products

I absolutely love this combination of acetaminophen and ibuprofen. Normally what I take, takes hours to kick in. So I was very surprised to see that it didn't take hours. It was flavorless, didn't have that pill powder taste and they were on the small side. highly recommending these.

I get really bad menstrual cramps the first day and usually have to take medicine every four hours but I only took this Advil once and I was fine for the rest of the day!! This never happens to me, I always take medicine at least 2-3 times so I was shocked as to how well it worked. Definitely recommend it!!
