I am not a huge fan of ibuprofen but this has both ibuprofen and Tylenol in it so that is a bonus. It works great! I would definitely buy this to use for my aches.

It is dual action and heavy on the stomach so make sure you have a glass of water and something to drink with this. It does the job though, plus travel sized can easily go in a purse or pocket.

They work just as well, if not better than any other pain medicine out there. They will become a must have in our household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm honestly thrilled that finally we have an over-the-counter pain medication it contains both acetaminophen as well as ibuprofen. I have long used both in conjunction with one another ask the combination works wonders for pain in fact combining both medications is a superior method of combating pain even before it gets started. This medication means you don't have to purchase both of you Ibuprofen I'm coming for the little money up front. Again however, I believe the most important thing is it's complete effectiveness in controlling pain which at the end of the day is paramount. I will continue to purchase and use this product as well as recommend it to others.

I switched this for my typical migraine medication and felt it worked pretty similar. In addition I tried it with a family member and they said it worked well.

He really liked that this pill offered both. By having both medications it offers the anti-inflammatory properties of the ibuprofen while doubling pain relief. I highly recommend this medication and will be buying it again.

It is a fast acting pain reliever. Once in a while I get headaches and it works so well and fast. I will be keeping this in my purse/car/or diaper bag for those on the go moments. Absolutely incredible will be purchasing again for sure.
