[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I like the fact that you can have acetaminophen and ibuprofen in the same pill I couldn’t help but notice that the ibuprofen dose was super low. I’m not sure this is something I would feel comfortable with when I’m having my heavy cramping /period days. But if you’re having minor aches and pains, this is the one to try.

With 250mgs of Ibuprofen and 500mgs of Acetaminophen in each dosage. It says it lasts up to 8 hours and that's a good amount of time.
