It's a great play set for the kids. 4 stars as putting it together took longer than I ever anticipated. However now that it's up it's worth it.

Very nice well made everything was labeled and easy to follow. My 3 yr old says he loves his playground.

Perfect for my 2 boys! (2yrs and 3yrs) not that difficult to put together either, just have someone in charge of making sure directions are followed!! Lol my kids absolutely love it.

Grand Kids loved it. Making the 32 hours it took me to put together worth it.

Well made, bolt holes actually line up.

I like it but there were few cracks in the wood. So apart from that it's a good product.

It seems to be a nice unit but complex to setup and I had missing hardware.

We received this swing set recently. My husband is very handy when putting together large items. It took him and someone else 9 hrs the first day and one person. 6 hrs the second day. One step was cracked and he could not figure out how to put the rings around tube slide.

Grandkids love the play set, but the directions are the worst I've ever seen. Luckily we have a lot of experience in construction. Need too add instructional video too help with construction, for those who are new too building projects. Would've been 5 stars but the directions are bad.

We received our playset two days ago! Started taking everything out of boxes and realized that two panels are broken! We are so upset. The kids are ready to play and now we can even put it together. Plus, we've tried calling and we can't seem to get in touch with the right people to get this straightened out. Very disappointed.
