My 2 and 3 yr old love this playset. The clubhouse with the door is their favorite spot to play. Shipping was quick and happened 3 weeks before the estimated shipping date. There were some shipping mishaps but it was SAIA's miscommunication and the driver didn't deliver as he should have. But they were easy to work with, even though I had taken a day off work to receive the shipment and it didn't show. The swingset took 48+ hours to put up with 2 people. The twist-tube slide took half of the time. But my kids could not be more happy and love it!

Just finished the playset assembly yesterday by hired contractor. Only negative is only one person completely did it all after two days this weekend and it was hot both days so it was done by Sunday mid afternoon. It's well anchored in ground too by eight anchors so no tipping worries. My wife and I very are both pleased happy and satisfied to see this used by grandchildren

I just finished putting this together. Took about 15 hours by myself, but doable. What made it nice to put together is that all the hardware (Screws) are labled in each bag. This was awesome, no guessing as to what hardware matched the pictures in the diagram. Some mistakes in the pictures and directions but overall not bad to put together. This set adjust really well if you area isn't exactly level. My daughter is loving it and really liked the flower boxes. She already has her flowers planted!

its great swing set for the money. sturdy. kids love two slides. it def helped alot with 4 tree house panels being assemebled and the rest took few hrs but def not hard to put together. shipped fast. there are monkey bars under the tunnel even tho description doesnt mention monkey bars. great purchase.

Everything came on time and with no missing pieces. It took about 2 days to build. The kids love it. I think our dog loves the attention now that we go out more often. I do think kidkraft should say something about what to do if you are setting only the main house on level ground and the rest on a gradual slope. I just had to raise the tunnel ladder end and the support for the spiral slide with extra cedar boards, adjusted bracing as req'd. If you only have a helper for half a day then I suggest to build the things you need 2 people for, the rest of the build create your own helper with a rope and or wire that you might have laying around if you feel you can do it. You do need to layout the screws and bolts on a table were you can group them by name for easier access.

We purchased this swing set for our 5 kids ranging in age from 21 months to 7. I feel like it had the most features out of anything in its price range and had things for every age. my husband didn't love putting it together but it was worth it for the kids. They are never bored of it.

My parents purchased this playset for my kids. It was put together last weekend- it shipped very fast and in 5 large boxes + slide. It took two men 15 hours to install it *but* I think that time could've been cut down, if it weren't for the Texas heat. Overall, we love it and my 3 yr old has spent the last two days playing and having a blast! My biggest complaint would be that the wood is chipped in multiple places. I feel like it's kind of expected to some extent but still it is frustrating & disappointing to invest that much money. Most of it should sand down, but still..... I am overall happy with the purchase and I think my kids will get years of enjoyment from it!

This swing set is high quality and tons of fun but it's a tough build even for an experienced carpenter-count on 2 to 3 days even with 2 or 3 people

Very disappointed in the size of the Swingset . This is our 3rd one to buy and it's not very big in the house part for the kids to play seemed like it was bigger in the pictures .

Bought it for Xmas for my grandkids. After my son worked on it for days, we realized it was incomplete. It was missing numerous hardware. Some of the wood was either crack, chip or damage. I was very dissatisfied with the item. My grandkids will be sad that it's gone. We were willing to go purchase the hardware but it added up to more than 200.00. I was glad that Sam s was able to refund my cash back.
