Purchased this the beginning of October, it shipped within a week. The tracking number never worked. I contacted customer service who gave me a tracking number through a third party. A week before it was supposed to arrive I saw tracking said they had attempted to contact me to schedule delivery which wasn't true. Gave it a few days but never heard anything. I had to contact the company who then disconnected me twice before finally getting me in touch with the scheduler. I talked to them on Friday and on Monday package was delivered. I hired a contractor to build who had experience building many playsets. He wanted to complete it in a day, took him alone 18 hours(granted he worked with little breaks and then in the dark with only a few lights from 7pm on). We've had for less than I week and already love the set. Perfect for our four year old, great quality wood, only a few pieces splintered from the nails. Looks like we have lots of nails left over. Will be great for years to come!

I really like the design of this swing set. However, the wood is very thin and feels like it would snap if someone leaned on it. A lot of the wood came damaged; dented and chunks of wood missing. In transit the swingset somehow got lost. It did show up three weeks early though which was a wonderful surprise.

I bought this for my 4 grandkids. They spend hours playing on it.

There was a break in the side of the one wall on top when it was delivered didn't notice until it was put up it looks like a fork lift went through it when loaded

Love the playset for my grandkids. However, it did take 3 very handy and intelligent guys about 15 hours to put together. Lots of steps and putzy stuff. But it looks great and my grandkids love it!

This is the second cedar summit playset I have bought and instructions and finished product are perfect. I just realized i am short a floorboard so we will see how customer service responds

The children love it! ( so do all the neighbors children!!) I am very happy with the play set. It took 2 1/2 days to put it together and make adjustments. I wish the wood pieces were marked a bit clearer as some of the numbers were not legible.

I purchased this playset 1.5 years ago. The playset wasn't set up until right before my sons birthday, towards the end of September of 2018. The playset has only been outside for a 1 year and 2 months. The wood is so cheap and already wearing (cracking and rotting). I defiantly feel its unsafe. The screws that came with the playset are breaking. We will be lucky to even get a second summer out of it. I'm beyond livid, for something that cost me $1,400.00 and took days to install. Don't purchase!

Bought this set for our 3 yo boy. I love this playset because I feel there enough features for him not to get bored with, and I can see him enjoying it for years. Very sturdy, high quality. Shipped and received way before the estimated arrival date!! We ended up paying for installation; it was $550 and WELL WORTH IT. The set came in 6 boxes and a million screws and pieces. The local assembly service had it DONE in exactly 8 hours with 2 men working. Now that we have summer like temps I have added a pool to the wavy slide. It's been a hit!!!

It's a great swingset but I feel like it's to expensive for how cheap the wood is and some pieces of the wood came broken, not only is the wood to soft but some of the screws are also really cheap and got stripes really fast and easy so there is big gabs for the walls since we couldn't get them to go all the way in.
