Extra Large Capacity Smart Front Load Washer for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say it’s a game-changer for our household. The drum is incredibly spacious—it easily handles large loads like bedding, towels, or a week’s worth of clothes in one cycle, saving us time and energy. The smart features are a huge plus. Being able to control and monitor washes from my phone makes laundry so much more convenient. I get notifications when cycles are done and can even start or pause remotely, which is perfect for our busy schedule. They able to hold my largest loads of bed cloths with room to spare and clean/dry them to my satisfaction. Washer and Dryer are quiet. I reviewed several other products before choosing this one. It has proven to be the best product in its class on the market today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced previous washer with this model. First of all the color combination is really nice. The washer itself has quite a few pre set cycles. If you use the smart things app and link up the th washer, you can create "custom" cycles and load it up to the washer, spin the dial to downloaded cycle, it's all ready to go. You can also use the app to get updates on the current cycle or set it up to sense if you're home/delay between drying and have an additional rinse and spin at a later time to avoid any kind of moldy smell on the clothes. The washing performance has been great, has a built in heater to get really hot water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So it took a while for me to receive the washer and when I finally got it, I was so excited. I absolutely love the extra feature it brings. I can download the Samsung app to add my washer on there via wifi. I will be using the steam feature for sure to make sure my clothes are sanitized the right way. This is the first washer I own that has all these new features specially the sanitize option. Now I also have learned that the washer has a self clean option which is great because my old washer didn't therefore I would just run it on a normal cycle. With my new Samsung washer I am able to make sure it is properly cleaned each month at least once a month. This is also the first set of washer that is not top load , but front load. I do not know how I ever went with a top load washer. As a short person I could not reach a lot of my clothes with my old washer being a top loader. With my new Samsung front loader I can easily access my clothes without missing any socks or undergarments. No more on my tiptoes trying to reach the bottom of the washer. As for the size, well I can now fit my bedding items to be washed. I used to have to go to the laundry still even having a washer in my house because my blankets would not fit in my previous washer. Now I absolutely have all the room for my big and small bedding blankets. I can also fit my kid's plush animals, without damaging them. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this Samsung washer to all my family and friends. At least so far for the month that I have had the washer, I have not had any problems whatsoever with my new Samsung Washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new washer and dryer. They are amazing and do a great job washing and drying the clothes. Plus the added alert tones when the laundry cycle is done is so fun, sure beats a buzzer.

We ordered this washer to replace a 4-5 year old washer. I didn't think there'd be such a big difference, but I am so happy we upgraded. Not only does this washer look great in our home (our old one was all white and looked straight out of 1997), but it's noticeable quieter and still does a great job cleaning our clothes. It has a ton of cycles built in, and you can customize them with varying soil levels, water temps, and number of rinses. If you download the Samsung SmartThings app you can fine tune it even more. As I mentioned above, one of the biggest things we noticed was that this washer is markedly quieter than our last one. We no longer have to increase the volume if we're in the next room watching TV. You can still hear this washer working, but it's not nearly as loud as our old one. Finally, if you're looking for a wifi connected app, this one has it. Like I said, you can customize the cycle settings through the app, but the killer feature for me is the push notifications. You'll get a pop up on your phone when your cycle is done. The washer communicates over wifi and you don't have to be on the same network (you only have to connect directly to it once to set it up, after that you can do whatever). The notifications are actually a lot handier than I anticipated.

Do not purchase this model!! I received a defective dryer and they sent me a replacement for it. That replacement also came defective. They sent another replacement and that too was also defective. My whole experience was a nightmare. If you read reviews on this model, so many other customers has experienced the same thing.
