I love the numerous options for water temp, spin, soil level, etc... The only concern that I have with this washer is the softener compartment in the drawer. When I add the softener it seems to immediately go into the washer at the first wash rather than when it is rinse time. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

It is pretty adaptive depending on the type, size, or dirtiness of a given load. The 5.0 cu ft washer is plenty large to take on large loads including comforters. The 7.5 cu ft dryer is also up to the task to dry large loads of laundry. There's a super speed wash & super speed dry feature where you can do both in one-hour...amazing! Lastly, the washer & dryer combo with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Wifi capabilities, has brought these appliances into the 21st century. After installing Samsung's Smartthings app on your smartphone, you can actually program when you want to start either your washer or dryer. Opting in for notifications, nets you alerts when your wash or dryer load is complete so you don't have to go check it any longer. Further, Samsung's AI informs you when your washer needs to be cleaned to keep it optimized. My wife and I have been completely satisfied. I received my 5 cu. ft. When you have a family of six you always have a lot of laundry and this washer take what was once an annoyance and make it much more manageable. First off, this washer has a lot more space than most out there. With the amount of laundry we deal with, this is such a time saver for us, as it can handle bigger loads without issue. Another plus is the smart features it has. Once I start a load, I can walk away and get alerts on my phone when the load of wash is done. Gone are the days of getting busy and forgetting wet clothes in the washer only to have them smell horrible later. Now I always know when the load is done and can move them straight to the dryer. The next major time saver is the 28-minute speed wash cycle the washer can do. Being able to throw in a load and have it finish that fast is nice when you forget to wash the baseball uniform before the game in a few hours. The Steam sanitize option is nice as well, after a long day of the kids playing outside. This will help remove the stains and get rid of the germs they come across. This washer also has a self-clean option for the drum making sure clothes stay clean and smell great. Lastly it looks as my husband says, handsome and regal. All these things added together allow me to spend more time getting other things done and save me extra work. I now have more time to spend with the family doing things we enjoy, and it is thanks to this washer.

We bought this last March. After 13 months the washer quit. Now we have clothes stuck inside and the door is locked. Have the same similar issue with their dishwasher. It quit working. Imagine the frustration when it only has a one year warranty. We also have Samsung microwave, stove and fridge. Done with Samsung

WORST washing machine on the market. 2 significant problems right after delivery. I have scheduled service with Samsung and they have cancelled on the day of service 4 times. I am considering taking a loss and replacing these machines after only 3 months of use. Bad product and bad service equal bad combination.

Washing machine seems good, I am using new one from past 45 days but it makes loud kirking sound while spinning. I am contacting samsung support to get this fixed. And I dont see the doors closing smoothly. The soap oil drawyer openinrg and closing is not smooth. There are IoT and other high tech features. The menu is very good.

As a matter of fact I don't think the maytag that I was using was cleaning my laundry at all. I am very happy with my purchase and I definitely would buy again.
