[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how Samsung is able to combine design and function into a product. It looks amazing and performs great. It is large enough for anything you might throw at it without being too large on the outside like other machines same size. Steam cleaning is very good and helped with stubborn stains that did not come out otherwise. It is Energy Star rated so with the prices going up that helps. Wi-Fi connectivity is amazing, it really helps speed thing up and you can start it from work. That way you only wait for the dryer instead of both. The app also helps chose the right washing cycle, easier to chose what you want. Super speed wash is great, saves time and actually works. Other brands with quick wash do not work as good and end up doing it twice. All in all it is an amazing washer and would recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about a month ago to replace previous Samsung washer that was 15 years old. Best feature is the STEAM cycles. Leave clothes cleaner and fresher smelling than other cycles. One issue is the Self-clean cycle - it is over 3 hours long!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer in June 2023. It is even better than my previous top load Samsung washer. It gets my clothes so incredibly clean. I absolutely love it. The steam feature is great. If I have something that is wrinkled, I just pop it in and in a few minutes is ready to wear. It washes my large king size comforter with room to spare. It doesn't get it all twisted up. Everything is just so clean. My previous Samsung washer was still going strong after 5 years so I gave it to my daughter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using our new washing machine for about a month and love it so far! It was easy to set up and use right away. It is huge and fits a lot of clothes, is energy and water efficient and leaves everything very clean and almost dry. Love my new washer and dryer from Samsung. Extremely happy and impressed.

We ordered this washer to replace a 4-5 year old washer. I didn't think there'd be such a big difference, but I am so happy we upgraded. Not only does this washer look great in our home (our old one was all white and looked straight out of 1997), but it's noticeable quieter and still does a great job cleaning our clothes. It has a ton of cycles built in, and you can customize them with varying soil levels, water temps, and number of rinses. If you download the Samsung SmartThings app you can fine tune it even more. As I mentioned above, one of the biggest things we noticed was that this washer is markedly quieter than our last one. We no longer have to increase the volume if we're in the next room watching TV. You can still hear this washer working, but it's not nearly as loud as our old one. Finally, if you're looking for a wifi connected app, this one has it. Like I said, you can customize the cycle settings through the app, but the killer feature for me is the push notifications. You'll get a pop up on your phone when your cycle is done. The washer communicates over wifi and you don't have to be on the same network (you only have to connect directly to it once to set it up, after that you can do whatever). The notifications are actually a lot handier than I anticipated.

The only con I have so far is that when it's done, there's no indicator light letting me know that it's done. I've left clothes in there overnight by accident because I forgot about them...a reminder would've been nice LOL!
