When you have a family of six you always have a lot of laundry and this washer take what was once an annoyance and make it much more manageable. First off, this washer has a lot more space than most out there. With the amount of laundry we deal with, this is such a time saver for us, as it can handle bigger loads without issue. Another plus is the smart features it has. Once I start a load, I can walk away and get alerts on my phone when the load of wash is done. Gone are the days of getting busy and forgetting wet clothes in the washer only to have them smell horrible later. Now I always know when the load is done and can move them straight to the dryer. The next major time saver is the 28-minute speed wash cycle the washer can do. Being able to throw in a load and have it finish that fast is nice when you forget to wash the baseball uniform before the game in a few hours. The Steam sanitize option is nice as well, after a long day of the kids playing outside. This will help remove the stains and get rid of the germs they come across. This washer also has a self-clean option for the drum making sure clothes stay clean and smell great. Lastly it looks as my husband says, handsome and regal. All these things added together allow me to spend more time getting other things done and save me extra work. I now have more time to spend with the family doing things we enjoy, and it is thanks to this washer.

Make sure you get the pedestals that way the doors to each unit at waist/cheat high (depending on your height). Its worth every penny. I love Samsung products!

We are using now since July 2024. It was bad service but, satisfied for now. Very good washing and quite. My husband uses steam washer many times to remove stains and he is satisfied!! I checked dirty socks and A little surprised to wash them!! Very good!!

WORST washing machine on the market. 2 significant problems right after delivery. I have scheduled service with Samsung and they have cancelled on the day of service 4 times. I am considering taking a loss and replacing these machines after only 3 months of use. Bad product and bad service equal bad combination.

There are so many different settings it's a bit overwhelming. Learning as I go! They even play a little tune to let you know when the cycle is complete. Super quiet. It doesn't knock anything off the top of the washer during the spin cycle. There is a sanitizing cycle that I have been using to wash my work scrubs with. To help steam out all the hospital germs. With the wifi setting, I can put the clothes in the washing machine and start it remotely when the time is right. I have never been so excited to wash clothes in my life.
