I love the old original Country Crock and have used it for years, and so do my parents. I bought a new 5lb. tub of the new recipe. It tastes awful! I gave it to my parents to try and told them if they don't like it to throw it away! What a waste! Please bring back the old recipe!!!!!

I have used your product for years, since you came on the market actually. I do not know why you would want to change when its been working well all these years? It was economical and tasty. Now it's more expensive and horrible. I won't be buying anymore.

I have been buying Country Crock for over 20 years and have enjoyed it very much, however, since they have switched to the square containers my spread has started to mold. The last 4 containers that I have purchased have all molded, this has never happened before. I will not continue to buy this product because I only get to use a little in the container before it molds. I love the taste, I have not changed the way I store or use this product so I assume the problem lies with the container. I will not continue to throw my money away.

My daughter is 4 years old and loved Country Crock since she was old enough to ask for butter. When we got the new tub she took one bite and immediately new that the recipe was different and she does not like it at all. I would agree it does not taste as good anymore. We ask that the recipe return to the former recipe. We enjoyed the old recipe WAY more. Sad to say we will be looking for another spread to use. Thank you!

I am a above average butter lover. From spreading a thick layer on my toast to everything I cook on the stove has a spoon full of country crock in it or on it. Well... until the new look and terrible taste. I thought possibly half way through my first new tub that it was just a 1 in a million chance that I got a bad batch but now the second taste the same. I plan to switch to a different brand now in search for something close to the original country crock taste. Hope they realize it was not a good change sooner than later.

Please bring back the original country crock butter.  The new recipe has a weird taste.  I'll be changing to something else, it's a waste of our money buying it when no one in the house wants to use it.  The taste ruins what ever you put it on. You should have left it the way it was.  

I have been using country crock for years...i bought the new recipe and its made all my food taste bad. I have actually switched to blue bonnet. Now my food tastes almost as good as it use to. Its not the same goodness but its a lot better then the new recipe. Please go back to the original recipe. And the square container takes up more room in my fridge then the circle one.

The new rectangular container is terrible.  It's very thin plastic, and the lid does not firmly snap on.  It come off very easily if bumped in the fridge.  It is not airtight, and the top layer of the spread turns a bright yellow color if not used for a few days.  The container is not worth saving for leftovers, etc. so more plastic is being discarded in the trash/recycle.  Also the new recipe tastes bad.  I will not be buying Country Crock in the future.

We are a family of 8 and have used nothing but country crock original butter! The first container I bought of the new recipe, I threw it away. I didn't read the label that said new recipe. Everyone that used it said "ugh the butter taste bad." So I threw it and bought a new container, well it was the same!!! That's when I realized that is was a new recipe! We try forcing ourself to eat it, but we can't. We try over and over again but the taste gets us sick!! It even makes things that we bake taste bad!! We can not tolerate the new taste. I had to go to the store and buy different brands of butter to find a replacement. NO other butter is as good as the old country crock recipe, but NO other butter is worse then the new country crock recipe!!!!! My family all agreed the Blue Bonnet brand is as close as we can get to the original Country Crock. So until the orginal country crock is brought back Blue Bonnet will be our butter of choice.

After buying this new product (recipe) I'm going to say I'm not very impressed. I only buy country crock but if you can't do better than this I'm looking to take my loyitity somewhere else. Yuck it smells and taste terrible. Please fix what you have broken and leave it alone!!!!
