I’ve owned a few air fryers over the years, and the Ninja Crispi is by far my favorite. One of the main reasons I choose it was the glass container. I love being able to see my food while it cooks, and it give me peace of mind it is the healthiest option. I was genuinely surprised by how it evenly it cooks and how crispy everything turns out while still keeps the food juicy. It become one of the most used appliances in my kitchen. It makes my life easier as a mom of 3.

I originally purchased this and after 6-8 months it starting producing this awful burning smell but I would notice it would burn my eyes first before I would smell it. It was very odd. I didn’t use any cleaning products or anything that would cause that. Luckily, it was very easy to replace the product through warranty! So hopefully this one lasts a lot longer!

Bought this item a few days ago. I find that the air fry part can easily burn the top of the food (I used it for chicken wings) despite flipping the food several times throughout the cooking cycle and as stated in the recipe book provided for teriyaki wings. There is a lot of guess work that needs to be done when cooking things. The 3 settings also don’t help when it comes to a quick reference and consulting the manual while cooking, whether it is before or during, is unhygienic and inconvenient to say the least. I had tried top serloin steaks with snap peas cooking together and the veg turned out well but the steak needed to go in on its own for additional time. The nesting of the containers is alright but in a stacking nightmare and the fact that the dishes cannot be detached is annoying as water gets trapped until the frame that holds the glass dish. It looks nice but had I tried it before hand, I would Not have purchased this model.
