I purchased this because I've always wanted an air fryer but didn't have the counter space. This one is so compact and easy to clean. I just cook for myself and it's makes it so easy to make just enough for one. I have an auto- immune disease and need to eat healthy. This makes it so easy.

Excellent purchase. Was looking for an alternative to coated air fryer baskets for chemical concerns and am thrilled with this GLASS alternative. My crispi is a great asset to my kitchen! Our summer temps are currently in the upper 90s so it’s practical!! It’s easy to use and clean up. Roasted chicken breasts were great last night. Sausage is better because the grease drips into the bowl. I love the glass bowl rather than toxic surfaces.

I'm so happy I got this. I've had other air fryers, but this one is far better! The food always comes out perfectly crispy. No need for breading, just a little avocado spray & vegetables are perfect. Frozen foods too. Salmon, leftover pizza, all turned out great!

Hey, absolutely Love it!!! I've had 3 other air fryers and this is top of the line. I went stainless steel VS Teflon with a stainless steel brevel air fryer/oven...it was OK, but this is most definitely easy clean up in comparison plus quality and crunchy air fried freshness is most excellent.

I’ve had the Ninja Crispi for about a week now and was genuinely excited to start using it. Unfortunately, I began receiving the “lid error” message on day one. I followed the troubleshooting steps on the website — shaking the pod, unplugging and plugging it back in — and even got a message to clean the unit. Clean it? It was literally the first time I used it. Not dirty. On top of that, I haven’t experienced the crunch or crisp results that are heavily advertised. After a full cook cycle, I was able to remove tilapia from the unit with my bare hands — no sizzle, no crisp, and definitely no “Crispi.” The re-crisp feature was so frustrating that I gave up and ate my drumstick cold. Even the original cook didn’t crisp the skin. I had high hopes and even purchased a carrying case, silicone pod rest, silicone motor cover, and liner inserts ahead of time — all because every other Ninja product I’ve owned has been top-notch and over-delivered. This one? Not even close. At this price point, I expected more — especially from the Ninja brand. After less than half a dozen uses, I’m already ready to throw in the towel. I want to love this product, but so far, it’s just been a letdown.

I used my Ninja Crispi to reheat half of a club sandwich and fries and the result was a fresh crispy meal just as good as when I ate it at the restaurant. I enjoy being able to air fry small amounts of food with little effort. This appliance is a game changer!!

I am a flight attendant and I purchased this so that I could heat up my food in the comfort of my room, on layovers, and not have to either wait 45 minutes to 1 hour for my food to heat in my Hotlogic or go to the hotel lobby to use the microwave. I have to admit it was nice heating my food up in my PJs with no one looking at me crazy. My only complaint is the heating unit is a bit bulky. If Ninja could figure out how to slim it down I am sure almost every flight attendant would own one. It heats food quickly and thoroughly, no hot on the outside and cold spots in the middle. All in all I love it I just wish it were a little more “portable”.
