It's an excellent size, has a super modern and cute design, is super easy to use thanks to the easy and understandable instructions, has the right and sufficient capacity, and is very portable, which helps a lot with the product.

I love any product that can make my life easier. You can cook dishes with dinner and a main course within minutes and serve with the dish/handles attached. Place the lid on and left overs are taken care of with no extra mess! Amazing design!

I love it . For washing I wish the bottom detached from the glass I think you would clean it better because grease gets in between which makes it harder wash . I like to hand wash the glass bottom of the unit.

I absolutely love my ninja Crispi. It has made cooking such a breeze. It honestly is so easy to use. I love how it’s glass and not plastic. I use it also for all of my side dishes, and it has just been a game changer in our household. 

What a freaking invention! Incredible material, design, and setup. Super easy to learn and excellent performance on all fronts. You have to incorporate this in your lifestyle.

This air fryer is so easy to use. I have had it for almost a month and have enjoyed every meal, and it's so convenient and easy to prepare a quick meal. The crisping works great.

The one large container that you get works great so far. The small one has a rubber ring around the edge that came out of the box pulled off and it will almost never work. It just pops up “LID” over and over when you try to start it. Absolutely obnoxious so that container is basically worthless. Separate from this the “large” container is still soooo small. And it's the largest Ninja offers. I still love the concept of the glass/washable containers so I don't technically regret this purchase but it needs work

This is the third air fryer I've owned and I'm pretty darned sure it will be the last. I've only used it one time, so far, and I was instantly smitten. I love the ease of use, the ease of cleaning, the ability to watch my food in progress, the fact that the unit is safe to use on my countertop and, best of all, the texture of the food I prepared in it.....just......WOW.

I used to have a Ninja air fryer that worked better than almost any appliance in my kitchen, so I had high expectations for this model. Unfortunately, my experience with it has not been positive. I tried using it the same way I used my previous Ninja air fryer, but the results have been very disappointing. For example, when using both the bake and air-fry settings, frozen rolls appear fully cooked on the outside but remain frozen inside. I have tried adjusting the settings, temperature, and cooking time, but the food still tends to burn on the outside before it is properly heated through on the inside. It's an unfortunate that I threw the package in the trash, otherwise I'd return it. Overall, this model has not performed as expected and has been frustrating to use.
