I bought this and put it together by myself. The app was really helpful. However, the wood should have been treated, and more sturdy. A few of the holes did not match up particularly on the pieces for the overlook, which is dangerous. Many pieces of the wood started to crack after only a week or two and I find this disturbing, considering the cost.

Yes, make sure you have time set aside, and a helper, but the easy step by step instructions and better than average safety hardware make self assembly doable. Holes and hardware line up 95 percent of time, leaving 5% for you to figure out and drill. Special safety bolts leave little scratch hazard, and that's important on a play set. Overall, I'm impressed and the kids love it!

My family purchased the skyfort elite in early spring. It has been a place of excitement, of learning, of experience in imagination, and physical exercise since putting it together. The kids love it, and we use it often. Great quality and durable. It was worth every penny spent. It went up in about 20 hours, yes that took work but the instructions (when I read them right) were very helpful. This thing is big and ever inch is useful in play

It was a bit intimidating to start assembling as there were so many pieces. The process starts pretty slow as there are so many pieces to dig though to start assembling but it only gets easier as you go. I think it was advertised as 16 hours of assembly with 2 people and I knocked it out in 12-13 hours. Everything lined up well and I only had to drill 2 holes from something not lining up. If I had to do it all over again I would purchase the unit again.

We're really happy with the product, and it's great that the it's a little more design-oriented than others. The kids love it, our only complaint would be the quality of the material itself. The wood is thinner than I would have expected, so we'll see how it holds up long-term. A few pieces came broken, but customer service was great in getting us what we needed.

Bought this is March just after the quarantine hit....best move ever! Delivery was quick (within 5 business days), and assembly was actually a pleasure using the Built 360 app, which allows you to turn pieces (and the entire project) at every angle to ensure you have the hole orientation correct. Took me approx. 2.5 days assembling by myself (with a little help from my wife on a few parts, i.e. putting the slide together), and trust me I am no skilled laborer :-). Customer service was excellent - They replaced a few pieces that came damaged very quickly with no problems. As for the final product - the kiddos have been loving every part of it. I was actually surprised how much they love having lunch in the shade at the picnic table, and the lookout tower is huge hit!

We bought the Skylight fort at the beginning of summer right before everything shut down. We could not have been happier that the kids had something with so many different options to play. I would recommend paying the extra money for assembly if possible. We did not so it took about 4 days to assemble. The printing on the wood was hard to read other then that it was a great purchase.

Great playset with many features. My Daughter loves it. I put it together by myself and it took about 4 days overall. Its huge and it looks good but its noisy. The wood is squeaky and crackly. It's been about 4 months now and it's still holding up fine. The monkey bars are a bit on the high side and the bars aren't very comfortable on the hands. The whole setup is pretty sturdy. I would give it 6 out of 10. I would be dissatisfied though if I paid full price for it.

We ordered this for our 4 and 6yr old sons a couple months ago to replace an older playset. I believe it noted it would take about 20 hours to put together with 2 people. I did it myself in about that time. Went together easily and the instructions were well detailed. There are lots of activities on this set. Our boy's favorite part is the crow's (eagle's) nest. I would recommend this playset.

We bought the Skyfort Elite at the very beginning of CoViD 19 and it has been a blessing! Our 3 young kids, who were all going a bit stir crazy, we're immediately drawn outside every hour of the day to play on their new play set. Not only did it get them outside, but helped them work and play together as a team, sharing with and helping each other learn and grow.
