Got the product but no one has called to set up appointment to install and got the it 3 weeks ago.

My twins loved playing on this swingset!! The design is so unique and detailed. The slide is so much fun and the look out deck is awesome!!

This set is attractive in photos, but up close it is cheap and thin wood. Every step sounds like it will break under my 30 lb. child. We received the set and found many pieces of rotted out wood. We received 4 pieces of wood that were broken. The individuals who work with the customer at the manufacturer seem to care but we are just disappointed in the product and the fact that the set seems to be a never ending product due to the poor quality of the wood. We have called at least three times to have another piece replaced. First day my kids played on the set, one of the floor boards broke through. This is scary because that could be an accident with a 30 lb child falling 6 feet down. The quality of this play set is very poor. The wood is white cedar manufactured in China. Also they did not send enough hardware (screws and bolts) so I had to go to a hardware store and buy more. I also had to purchase almost $200 worth of additional wood to strengthen the set. They claim it holds 9 children but I would never believe that the way it buckled under the weight of one toddler.

This started out someone simple to follow and out together. We had to open all the boxes to find most of the pieces to start with. It would have been easier if the firs box was the first set of steps and so on. As we got going none of the “pre-drilled holes” lined up and had to be re-drilled. Super frustrating when I didn't have much help and hanging off the top of this thing. Overall, it turned out functional for the kids. If I had to do it again I would possibly just pay for the install. This took me and a friend about a month working on it on and off.

This is a beautiful, roomy area for kids to play. We purchased it because we were unable to take our son to the park because of the pandemic. We were able to create a play area for him in the backyard instead. This collection is delivered in a large number of boxes that need to be put together. You may need a dolly or multiple people to transport the boxes due to their weight. We had to get in touch with the manufacturer because the play area required a few missing parts in order to be built. That presented some difficulties. Even with four people helping us, it still took us close to three days to put this together. A large upper clubhouse, monkey bars, a slide, a small picnic table, and even a telescope are all included with the outdoor playground set. Kids can sprint down the small play slide, across the monkey bars, and up the switchback metal climbing tree. Two seat swings and a web swing are included in the three-position swing beam. The sandbox space and a picnic table are located in the lower pavilion. Access to the upper room is made incredibly simple by a wooden step ladder. This is designed to last a lifetime. Although it is entertaining for kids, it is probably best suited for children under the age of 10, so it is better to purchase it while they are still young because the kids will outgrow it eventually. It's good that multiple kids can play at once because it keeps everyone's bodies moving and their minds running wild all year long.

We assembled the playground recently for my kids and they absolutely love it!!! Everyone who sees it from the street refers to it as a tree house because of the nearby fruit trees that we have. So after awhile we have been using that same reference. The kids are enjoying this so much we are glad we made this purchase....

My family purchased this playset a month and my children love it! They love to eat lunch on the picnic bench, swing on the rope swing and hang out on the high overlook where they can watch over our neighborhood. They use it for nerf wars and lots of other imagination play. The customer service at Backyard Discovery is absolutely incredible. If we ever buy another playset, it would definitely be through them.

It's an impressive set and has lots of cool features and levels of enjoyment. The hardest part was putting it together as it came in 4 boxes and LOTS of little pieces. The thing that took the longest was sorting parts for each step as the stamps were sometimes hard to read and there were many different sizes of screws and bolts. In the end, it was all worth it though. If you're not handy with tools or you don't have any experience building this size of a set may be overwhelming to construct. Just allow yourself plenty of time and pre-sort the hardware for each step before starting.

It was a bit intimidating to start assembling as there were so many pieces. The process starts pretty slow as there are so many pieces to dig though to start assembling but it only gets easier as you go. I think it was advertised as 16 hours of assembly with 2 people and I knocked it out in 12-13 hours. Everything lined up well and I only had to drill 2 holes from something not lining up. If I had to do it all over again I would purchase the unit again.
