Got the product but no one has called to set up appointment to install and got the it 3 weeks ago.

My twins loved playing on this swingset!! The design is so unique and detailed. The slide is so much fun and the look out deck is awesome!!

We assembled the playground recently for my kids and they absolutely love it!!! Everyone who sees it from the street refers to it as a tree house because of the nearby fruit trees that we have. So after awhile we have been using that same reference. The kids are enjoying this so much we are glad we made this purchase....

We ordered this for our 4 and 6yr old sons a couple months ago to replace an older playset. I believe it noted it would take about 20 hours to put together with 2 people. I did it myself in about that time. Went together easily and the instructions were well detailed. There are lots of activities on this set. Our boy's favorite part is the crow's (eagle's) nest. I would recommend this playset.

I bought this playhouse for my kids almost 2 months ago. And they have been playing outside everyday since. With the old playhouse that we had, it didn't get very much attention from my kids or their friends. But now, my kids friends are asking to come play at our house because they love the playhouse so much!

We bought and put this together about 2 months ago. Our kids and all the neighbor kids love it. The house on top is very roomy. An adult can stand up inside. It was very time consuming to put together but the instructions are super easy to follow. I highly recommend this set!

The size and scope of the playset is amazing. We bought this a couple months ago and our kids really love it. For the price it is everything and more. My only critique would be that the instructions could be a little more detailed for the average joe.

We bought the Skyfort Elite at the very beginning of CoViD 19 and it has been a blessing! Our 3 young kids, who were all going a bit stir crazy, we're immediately drawn outside every hour of the day to play on their new play set. Not only did it get them outside, but helped them work and play together as a team, sharing with and helping each other learn and grow.

I bought this at the beginning of quarantine so my kids could still play at home. It took a long time for us to put it together, but we did it. I will say the directions weren't the easiest to follow in the beginning, but got easier as we went along. For example we couldn't figure out which side of the swing beam was the “up” side, so we ended up having to drill a few extra holes.
