after 90 days of use, the wheels came apart and two of the base legs broke, tried to contact for support and got nothing .... back from the manufacture ended up buying an aftermarket base and wheels to make the chair usable I weigh 250lbs 6'2"

I reached Respawn's customer service for a problem and got a quick response and satisfied solution. Great product and great service!

Doesn't last. It's great at first, but slowly over time it gives up and falls apart. Bought this in August, now December looking for a new one.

Overall, the chair is great. only issue i have is that the left arm rest padding came in a little deformed

After 1 year, material is cracking, plastic squeaking, lopsided and overall junk. Very disappointed.

I would suggest this chair, sturdy yet comfortable.
