When I received the product it was missing all the screws, whashers and Alan wrenches. It was also missing the frame that attaches the the seatback to the seat and the seat to the stand. For this reason I say buyers should beware although I was able to get a full refund from Sam's Club after driving 10 miles to return the product. I then ordered the pro version of this chair which is $10 more. When that came in (luckily with all its parts) I can easily say it's the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. Although quality control is clearly lacking and the new seat came with some odd stitching, I can say I think it was money well spent in the end.

Very uncomfortable... Seat has almost no comfort at all. If you are a smaller person this chair is for a bigger person, it will swallow a small person. The recliner part only goes to your midcalf, again not comfortable. I would just save more money and buy the Lazyboy desk chair that is available.

Bought this chain at the end of June, and the wheel has already broken. This chair does not move from in front of the computer screen or even change rooms and it broke. It has not gotten very much usage as I am not a gamer and I just bought it because I thought it would be comfortable since I suffer from chronic back pain. I am well below the weight limitations for this chair so it is definitely not due to that.

I purchased this chair in early April. After 3 months of using this at my home office, I would not reccommend it as a full time chair. Its comfortable enough for short sessions at the computer, but the padding has nearly completely compressed. The lumbar support is just a small pillow, and is too thick for me to use comfortably. For reference, I'm 6'1", 195lbs.

The Arms wore very badly/ deflated some as well after less than 6 months of light use, and I bought this same chair for $94 dollars here, and now they are asking for way more. Contacted Respawn Warranty, and nothing back! the chair is nice, but not worth over $100. its is a nice chair for the price I purchased for, but didn't really hold up and no warranty support!!!

When we first got this chair, the tilt and the armrests were quite comfortable and alignable. After about a year and a half now, the cushion for this chair has completely compressed and degraded such that I was sitting on the studs in the end. This chair is on the warm side, so this would work in MN but not in AZ. Weighing 160 lbs, there should not have been such compression wear to the bottom cushion. If you need a temporary chair solution to wait for a better one, this is worthwhile, but this chair does not last long, and despite the looks, the seat is quite uncomfortable and hot.

Bought as a Christmas present 2019. We have to constantly tighten bolts to keep it from falling apart. The seat is completely worn and looks horrible! Expensive chair to only last 6 months! (And we bought 2!) Disappointed! Attempted to add a photo, but it keeps giving an error message.

My son(11) wanted a game chair for Christmas and showed me one on a different site but I seen this one with foot rest on it for just a bit more money. He loves it and even put it together himself with just a little help from his dad. It's very comfortable and it will recline and lock into place. Very Happy with this purchase.
