Had to buy an oven thermometer so I could regulate it properly. Like the grates on the stove top much better than what was on my previous range.

It cooks very fast and no burning up food. It is easy to clean and looks great in our kitchen. Our kitchen even looks different because we have a Samsung refrigerator and now we a Samsung range oven. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have been using my 6.0 cu. ft. smart freestanding gas range with 18k btu dual power burner & self clean for a couple weeks now and i'm amazed. i love the 2 cast iron grates on top and the flat griddle in the middle. all burners work perfectly. my favorite function is the dual power burner, it boils food/liquid so much faster, makes cook spaghetti so much faster. it's very easy to clean as well. the over/broiler cooks evenly and is efficient. i love the fact that the size of this oven is so big. another great feature is that it is wifi enabled. installing/using the smart things app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned for 6 months now. Touch controls are a little finicky. Burners run hot, oven temp seems to run on the cold side. Finish around burners is already marred from normal use and can't be cleaned up.

It's not entirely clear how to turn on and off the timer (figured it out eventually) and it seems to take a while for the oven to pre-heat. But, overall I'm happy with it. The middle burner is nice. I thought I'd be using it more, though. I've used it for burgers, eggs and pancakes and they all came out fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first new range ever in my life, and let me say I love it. It's pretty and has the griddle thing in the middle, which I haven't really figured out what to use for just yet, but nice to have. I do love the power burner, it has two rings of fire and literally can get water boiling in a minute! I have used the oven a few times and cooks evenly. I didn't think I'd use the wifi function, but I find it kindof neat to control the light from my phone, and get the notifications when it's preheated. I haven't figured out how to sync the timer with my phone yet, but I haven't really read much about the app functions yet. Overall I am happy with this purchase. I also bought the matching fridge and dishwasher. I love everything so far!

The oven auto-locks if over 400 degrees for some reason. I have played with the child locks to be sure they are off. I have numerous dinners held hostage by the oven while it cools down to a respectable temp or have been unable to put said dinner in as pre-heating locks the thing. If I could rip the lock out I would.

War.s up nicely and does an amazing job. I love this new range! I just can't get enough of it. I got the stainless steel black and it just looks GORGEOUS. I would buy it all over again.

It looks sleek and I like that I'm able to connect to wifi which is convenient for me to check when I'm away from home if I accidentally left a burner on or not.
