A true game changer!!! The glass top cleans very easily. One of the best purchases of my 3 Samsung appliances this year.

In May 2022, I purchased the NE63A6311SS/AA range. In May 2023 the glass cooktop cracked across the two burners on the left side. I had the cooktop replaced by my home warranty provider. Four days ago, 17 May 2024, the glass cooktop cracked across the two burners on the right side. I am waiting for my home warranty contractor to replace the cooktop, once again. Who knows where it will crack next year. By the way, both times it cracked, the cooktop was not in use. Moreover, the glass is ever-so-delicate. Normal use of pots and pans leaves scratches all over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove is great. Love it, loves its features, love how evenly it cooks in the oven. But the issue is the warranty with Samsung. There is a VERY FINE LINE on what is product fault/failure or owner. Something's may try to deny your warranty, even if installed per SAMSUNG INSTALLATION GUIDE. Even if there is a fire. Nonetheless I love the stove, was able to talk with them and explain them the installation manual states XYZ, and they will be repairing. Customer service could use some tweaks, but the product itself is awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way my new range looks in the kitchen! It really complements my other upgraded Samsung appliances. I mainly bought this range for the WiFi feature so I can preheat and adjust the time/temp of the oven through my smartphone. This was a real game changer when I'm running late and planned an oven meal. Overall, I highly recommend this oven. The range and oven work great. So far it's been really easy to clean and the steam clean feature works well. The inside is HUGE! I can fit a lot inside without being crowded. The down side to this is the bottom storage drawer is less tall; it's best suited for baking sheets or lids. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is a huge improvement over my previous "dinosaur" range. I love the stainless steel finish and the ceramic top. The dials are just the right size and the Rapid Boil function is the best part of the range! Since the Oven is much larger than my old range, I have to remember to give more time for it to preheat but once the oven gets to temperature it finishes even faster than the cooking time states. Saves time and energy! A great Range for a great price!

The smart functions are a nice touch as I'm one to forget something in the oven. Both the cooktop and oven clean easily. The controls are also easy to function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from an old coil stove. Having a glass top is very nice. Top is easy to clean. Mush easier cooking than with a coil top. Burners cook evenly. Stove itself is an attractive design. So far, it works as it should. Steam clean feature seems to function, but never actually cleans inside. Vent for heat from oven is located right behind the handle, so be careful opening the door. Bottom drawer is too small and flimsy. Nothing can really be stored inside. Burner and hot surface indicators are identical. Would prefer they were different. I also feel the hot surface indicator needs to stay on longer than it does.
