Over 45 years of cooking and I have never found a Stove/Oven so easy to use with features that I only had dreams about. If you have left the house and not remembered if the unit was on, there is no reason to return home to check, Just look at the app and you know. You actually have more options using the app than what is on the stove console! Turn it off, turn it on, timed cook, its great. I have left a frozen casserole in the oven when going to work, an hour before coming home, use my phone to turn the oven on - when I come home dinner is waiting! The no flaw bread baking is great. I found out that my current recipe only needed a few more minutes to bake to make it taste far better, only with my new Samsung. Cleaning is so easy with this glass top. I have had glass top stoves, but this one cleans even easier. Dont know what they did, but they did it right! The self cleaning on steam and regular are amazing. The stove stays spotless! If your looking for a stove/oven. This one is it!

From oven heating to boiling water, everything is done quickly. The bonus of having it "smart" comes in handy more than I thought it would. While there are some features I have yet to use, such as the self clean, I can say I would highly recommend this product.

The range heats up incredibly fast compared to our old range, and it cut down the time to boil water in half. This is a huge time saver. The oven also pre-heats incredibly fast! I love being able to set and preheat the oven from my phone. 5/5!

It definitely upgraded the overall look of our kitchen. I wish i had picked the one with the air fryer :( Love how it boils water much faster Love the option to control it over wi-fi. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is awesome. So I want to start off by saying that most electric ranges are all the same from my experience as far as performance goes. So the only thing you'll gain are some features. And this range has some nice features! The best thing so far and it wasn't even advertised as a feature, is the fact that the burners up top are spread out to the outer side. This makes cooking multiple things a BREEZE. It's so nice to be able to space things off to the side for access but still have them on the burners. Second feature and most important for me is clean up. This thing literally cleans itself. With the self-cleaning steam it's always spotless. The top literally wipes away any grime or grease even if it's been a few days caked on. Our favorite feature has been the "smart" part of this oven. Often times when baking we have to adjust the temperature of the oven in between making the dish. While we're away from the oven or our hands are full, this makes it simple. Using our connected Google speaker we can just say to pre-heat or turn up/down the temperature and it's done! Sometimes from our bed if we're truly lazy! Overall we love the new range and can't wait to use it more. Cooking has become fun again!

I purchased this oven in July of 2023 and have been using it for eight months. The stove top works great, but the oven is the worst! I've never owned an oven that was so inconsistent in temperatures. When baking anything the first batch turns out good but the second batch always takes longer and cooks unevenly, and it doesn't matter how much time I leave between batches. I wish I had never purchased this electric range.

In May 2022, I purchased the NE63A6311SS/AA range. In May 2023 the glass cooktop cracked across the two burners on the left side. I had the cooktop replaced by my home warranty provider. Four days ago, 17 May 2024, the glass cooktop cracked across the two burners on the right side. I am waiting for my home warranty contractor to replace the cooktop, once again. Who knows where it will crack next year. By the way, both times it cracked, the cooktop was not in use. Moreover, the glass is ever-so-delicate. Normal use of pots and pans leaves scratches all over.
