Remove the sprayer from the empty bottle by turning it counterclockwise to release. Then, remove and discard the disposable cap from the refill bottle. Place the sprayer on a full refill bottle and give ¼ turn clockwise to secure. Most importantly, ensure the dip tube and trigger are aligned. It's our goal to help you keep your dishes sparkling clean, so we're very sorry to hear that you've had this experience! While this is not typical, as all of our products undergo thorough quality tests before they find their way to your home, we do have a few tips and tricks to get your bottle back to spraying as normal. First, after you unlock your bottle, please run the nozzle under warm water for a minute or two and see if this fixes it. If the top of the sprayer popped off, you can try to snap it back on and then try spraying the PowerWash Spray into the sink; if the top is secure and you're getting a good spray, you're good to go! Make sure to take a look at the nozzle as well. If you notice that it has come off completely you should still be able to use your PowerWash, however your bottle will be unlocked permanently. If the nozzle has only partially come off, we recommend discarding the bottle. Our team would like to take a closer look into things so that we can see what might be happening and so that we can try and help further and get you back to the excellent clean you deserve. We'd be happy to share some tips with you. To help loosen any clogs that may have formed, we suggest running the nozzle under warm water for a few minutes. As well, we suggest checking the direction of the drip tube inside the bottle. The correct direction for the dip tube is in the same direction of the sprayer and the bottom of it should be in the corner. To change the direction of the dip tube, disconnect the sprayer from the bottle and reconnect it. We hope that these tips help.
