These trailers were not new. They had been sitting on the Sams lot for 1 1/2. All were damaged. The title was dated 10/2021 and the trailer was a 2022 model rather than a 2023.

We hauled decking materials up to 12 ft long with the side down over the tongue, and they traveled beautifully! This trailer is amazing and gets lots of praise from loaders. We even haul things around our property with a hitch on our lawn tractor.

Ordered on-line without issue from Sam's Club website. Received cert of origin. 3 trailers were on the lot at Jacksonville and I had pick of the litter. 1 had title problems and another had a broken side rail according to an associate. It was easy to immediately spot the scuff marks and rust spots on the only remaining choice. Ramp/tailgate was not assembled and secured firmly with tie wraps to trailer floor. Full price was over a thousand dollars. Most consumers would find the damage due to rough handling and storage outside unacceptable. Maybe if this was a clearance item and reflected with discounted price, would someone walk away satisfied with their purchase. None of the plastic document holders attached to the trailer had anything in them. Therefore there were no product manuals. Upon close inspection after taking the trailer, the pins were not engaged on the front rail. And later after installing the rear ramp, there is definitely an alignment and design tolerance issue that I corrected on my own. This was not an easy task and disappointing. Overall, I give it 3 stars because of the materials/features and still something I can work into a nice trailer. That is generous considering the flaws for a NEW product at full price. So much for the privilege of pick of the litter!

I love everything about the trailer. It is heavy duty and the side rails drop to load pallets and material easily with a forklift at stores. The size is perfect for my golf cart.

I bought this trailer about 5 months ago. Well worth the money!! Very nice looking, well designed, high quality trailer that gets lots of positive comments. It pulls like a dream. I love how the sides and front rails fold down! Makes loading and unloading things much easier. When folded down, it also makes a great portable work platform for cutting lumber etc. The tailgate is a tad short, but is heaver duty than most in this price range. The shorter tailgate is actually a plus for my uses. I am glad this trailer has a single axle because it allows me to man handle it around the yard. I could not do that with my tandem axle trailer. But it won't carry the load the tandem will either. Depends on what you need. I now realize that I don't really need the extra load capacity of a tandem. If you need this size trailer, I believe this one is a much better value than the typical "Big Box" store black, angle iron trailer. Ha, it even looks cool behind a Town Car!

It is a good trailer and looks really nice. The plug needs to be redesigned. It is way too loose at the connection to the vehicle. I didn't even make it home yesterday from the store without the plug coming loose and dragging on the road. It was ruined. I was highly disappointed. I hope it is covered under warranty. Everything else on the trailer works great. Love the fold down side rails.
