I bought this for my mother who has no teeth! She was an amazing cook and can't eat anything anymore. :( I bought this so we can chop up food to a small size without pulverizing it. She loves it! She's becoming more and more healthy because now she can get a variety of food. I have one at home that I just replaced after 28 years. I use mine weekly. Can't say enough good things about this size chopper.

It is wonderful to put my onion in my Cuisinart chopper and it chopped it just right. I had no tears to deal with. It did a perfect chop. I just bought this last month so I haven't had enough time to do more with it but, I know I will be using it alot more when I get home from vacation.

When my previous Cuisinart Mini-Prep finally wore out, I sought a new one and bought one in red--a real pop of color in my dark-stained wooden cabinets with mostly black appliances and grey marble counters. I've used this new 24-oz. processor this holiday season to grind nuts for biscotti and for adding to other mixtures; mix ground pecans with Parmesan, bread crumbs, and melted butter for a base for savory mini-cheesecakes made with goat cheese and cream cheese; grind gingersnaps and mix them with ground almonds and cold cubes of butter for the crust of a cranberry curd tart. In all cases this food processor worked like a champ--plus, it was easy to set up, to use, and to clean in between each of these holiday projects. I'm glad I stayed with the same manufacturer and the same food processor as I had had before--it does its job as a food processor for this home baker, and that bright red color is a great addition so that it's like an accent piece in the kitchen but is functional.

I used the processor as soon as I had it out of the box. Loved the easy way to chop all my veggies for soup, salads etc. I am using my slow cooker to make winter time meals for myself and the processor really helps me to prepare food for making what I want to eat. Easy to clean and takes up little room on my counter and looks good too!

I use this several times a week for chopping/grinding garlic, onions, turmeric, ginger, and more. I love that I can do a quick chop or use it longer to mince things. I have a larger food processor for large batches, however, this is perfect for smaller ones. I love it and would buy again.

Great food processor for the size and the money. I purchased this processor to make a puree recipe that my blender and magic bullet couldn't handle. I am so pleased with the ease of use, the results from my recipe and also the ease of cleanup. I did not need to purchase a larger version so I'm happy that one like this is available. Thank you.

This little chopper is really powerful! I only cook for 2 so seldom use my full size food processor. When my Black & Decker mini chopped broke (2nd one!) I decided to some research on mini choppers. The Mini-Prep had great reviews, and even though it was about twice the cost of my old choppers, the reviews were so great I decided to take the plunge. The very first time I used this chopper I knew it was in a different league! What a great, powerful, fast chopper! It’s perfect.

I used to have a food grinder as a part of my stand mixer. It stopped working after 40 years. In looking for a replacement I found choices expensive, too large and too heavy. When I found the Cuisinart I was delighted on its size and weight. It works quite well for grinding meat for ham loaf, grinding vegetables for various products, and is so easy to use. It is easy to clean an easy to store.

I've had a Cuisinart mini-prep for the last 15 years; this one is a replacement. (The blade on the old one was starting to separate from the plastic housing, probably from constant use.) I do use it a lot and I can't imagine not having one in my kitchen. This product is a real work horse.

Having watched TV cooking shows and how the salads look I decided that my food processor could not do the job. They said the blade was sharp and it certainly was I just touch it and it gave me a mark on my finger. So I have made several salads cuts with it and was very happy with the results. I liked the grind knife better along with the chop combination which gives the cut that one is looking for. Thank you I already did recommend this company to a friend. You have so many different kitchen products in your catalog. This product is for food for one or two people at the most. Greg Waters here?
