I have been looking for a mini processor for a while and when I saw the Cuisinart Mini-Prep Plus Processor I was so happy, It's just perfect! Beautiful looking, right size, easy to use and good quality all in one, I love it! You really have to have it, it's Great! Thanks Cuisinart for make this great tool, It makes my cooking easier. I bought this to keep at my elderly Dad's apartment so that I can puree his meat with gravy for him. It's perfect for my needs without a lot of attachments. Very easy to use by following the suggestions in the book. I purchased the pink model as I'm a breast cancer survivor. I swear by anything made by Cuisinart.

I love this food processor. I love to make hummus and this makes it a breeze. I had a ninja but the blades didnt reach the edges or the bottom i had to stir it and make a lot for it to work. The first time i made hummus in this mini prep it took like 3 min to make the hummus the way i like. The only drawback is that you have to hold the button down. However, since the blades are so powerfull you hust hold it down a few times and its done. And its a perfect serving size !

I like this size, in the past I have had a 2 cup and 4 cup and the 3 cup is perfect. However the plastic around the blade has a tendency to crack and to replace The blade is almost as much as buying another one. They are not built to last very long 😞

I really love my mini food processor. It was not my first choice, but it is my best choice. My other brand mauled whatever I was trying to chop or dice. This Cuisinart mini food processor chopped and grinded very quickly a. I find it to be worth the money spent and then some.

I’ve had the full size food processor for many years but it’s work taking it out and cleaning it for small jobs. This size is amazing. Big enough to handle good size projects and very very easy to use and clean. Love it. It’s a big help in the kitchen. 5 stars

This small blender is working well and is the perfect size for small jobs. When preparing meals, small jobs are more often than big jobs. Therefore, this little blender is being used more than the the larger capacity one. We love this little guy and highly recommend it in every kitchen

This is the second Mini-Prep we bought because we liked the first so well. The mini is the most convenient food processor we've ever bought. Fast and easy clean-up when you just need to do a small cooking job. We expect theh blades on the new machine will hold-up better than the older recalled ones.

We had this same Cuisinart Processor before and used it all the time for years. Finally the handle broke and it would not work without that twisting into the slot. Everything else is still in good working order. All of the other parts fit the new one if we have a problem, which I am not anticipating. These are well made and do a fantastic job. We use ours almost daily. For two people, this is so much easier to get out instead of our large processor.

Fingers crossed this one lasts longer than its more expensive siblings. After have the blade break on the more expensive version, twice, and knowing how much they cost to replace, I decided to try this more affordable version to see if it will last any longer (or at least the same)
