I like the size and performance of this food processor but wish the lid sealed better, like my full sized Cuisinart food processor. Any liquid contained in food , such as tomatoes, leaks from the lid when the processor is turned on. Otherwise, it's a good little processor.

This appliance is small but mighty! I bought it to replace one that I had for years but wanted a bigger bowl and this one is perfect. I’ve used it many times already and it has performed perfectly. I got the red one and it looks nice on my counter. 2 speeds are handy to have. I would buy it as a gift for friends & family.

I am not a fan of having too many appliances due to little storage. I got this to puree my cat's food when he went on a special diet - I was tired of hand chopping 5 times a day. This little processor is a time and patience saver for me. I can puree a couple days worth in less than 10 minutes. The spatula is quiet handy and fits the depth of the bowl nicely. My only concern is the plastic bowl feels quiet brittle and I am anticipating the day it cracks when I turn it too hard to stabilize it in the base or knock it against something.

I finally decided to purchase this Mini-Prep as I had a recipe for shrimp burgers I wanted to try. It called for processing a few raw shrimp to nearly a paste as the binder & chopping the rest. The Mini-Prep worked perfectly for making a single portion. I also used it to grind chicken to make a chicken burger & it worked well. Now I have more ideas to try with this handy processor.

I had an earlier model. Loved it but plastic on blade started getting cracks. Was 30 yrs old. So i got this new one. Definetly updated blade, runs and works great. I use it for chopping nuts, onions, beets, eggs etc. Handy convenient. Dont have to Dig out big processor. Highly recommend.

I love this chopper. It is my second one. One design flaw is the cover. I had to replace my first one because the safety extension on the cover, broke off. If it was shorter, maybe it wouldn't be so easy to snap off? Other than that this is a very handy appliance - doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter and is efficient for chopping onions, peppers etc. without overprocessing and less to clean up than a full size processor. I missed it so much figuring I would just use my big food processor instead, that I had to repurchase. I guess it's a must have! :)

I bought a month ago from Wayfair I like in white Somewhat powerful I usually chop onions The problem I have that I had to hold this unit with a hand while chopping because it was wobbly and a little unstable itself and the most that the blade got crack too soon Still works and does it’s job but I do not know how safe to use with a cracked blade next to the metal Great size Probably will get 4 cup instead 3 Bever Do nuts or hard veggies because I am agreed that maybe too hard to chop

I bought this to keep at my elderly Dad's apartment so that I can puree his meat with gravy for him. It's perfect for my needs without a lot of attachments. Very easy to use by following the suggestions in the book. I purchased the pink model as I'm a breast cancer survivor. I swear by anything made by Cuisinart.

I had a chopper similar to this which I owned for a long time. I needed a replacement and I am so happy with this purchase. I use it for everything I need to chop/grind everything I need to for my cooking. Just love it. Then I found out my friend has the same thing and we compared notes and have the same conclusion! It is definitely a good purchase. I would definitely recommend this.

We love this chopper and use it almost every day. We use it for chopping vegetables quickly for recipes, soups, stews, chili, etc. We also use it for chopping/grinding meat for our two pets. It is FAST and thorough and pretty quiet. Easy to use and requires very little in the way of prepping larger items to chop.
