This processor may be little, but it is one of the most powerful little machines I've ever had the pleasure of owning! It is amazing! It's powerful and really easy to clean! I love it! The only downside that I've found, so far, is that it doesn't dice tomatoes very well. The tomatoes end up soupy, but that's great if you're going to use them in a sauce or soup. I definitely recommend this little processor! It makes food preparation a whiz!

My purchase was to replace an old mini-prep that served me well for years. It is remarkable how versatile this little processor is. My original blades were starting to dull and the bowl was showing its age. I was pleased to note that very little has changed with the newer model.

I asked for this for Mother’s Day and I could not be happier with it— I use it almost everyday to chop garlic, onions, Kalamata olives and other small items— stuff I used to do by hand b/c I didn’t want to drag out the big food processor. Love the compact size and big power

Having watched TV cooking shows and how the salads look I decided that my food processor could not do the job. They said the blade was sharp and it certainly was I just touch it and it gave me a mark on my finger. So I have made several salads cuts with it and was very happy with the results. I liked the grind knife better along with the chop combination which gives the cut that one is looking for. Thank you I already did recommend this company to a friend. The Mini-Prep is so easy to put together and start using. The lid is so easy to put on. The mini chopper I had before I always had a hard time positioning the jar and then getting the lid on right. I'd get so frustrated to use it. Now, this one is a breeze and it chops several things in a short time. The scraper that comes with it is also a plus This was a gift from my daughter at Christmas and I'm so glad she found this one for me.

I love it. I don't have a lot of cabinet or counter space, so it's difficult to keep my larger Cuisinart handy. This size is perfect for small jobs I do continually, such as chopping nuts or small amounts of vegetables. It fits right in my cabinet and doesn't take up a lot of space. Its also easy to clean,

This is my replacement processor. I love it! It fits perfectly on my countertop, the colour is bright and I have 2 options (chop & grind). My husband knew this is my go brand so he just went ahead and bought me a new one. He knew how I missed the first one when we were moving from NY to GA and the moving company broke it in the process of relocating.

This is the second Mini-Prep we bought because we liked the first so well. The mini is the most convenient food processor we've ever bought. Fast and easy clean-up when you just need to do a small cooking job. We expect theh blades on the new machine will hold-up better than the older recalled ones.

I have been wanting a compact size food processor for quite a while and when I saw this Cuisinart Mini-Prep Plus Food Processor I just got to have it. It is lightweight and small enough to fit into small corner on the kitchen counter. There are 2 buttons of chop or grind which super easy to use but can do way more than that. Those stainless steel blades are sharp and powerful. I used it to chop scallions and parsley, it came out exactly like how I wanted. It has safely mode where it won’t start unless the cover is in place. It totally is worth getting it !

This is well designed. It is easy to clean and chops everything to the desired size in a couple of seconds. I have nerve damage in my hands and it is very difficult to use a knife. This has become one of the most important tools in my kitchen. I've made salads, egg salad, coleslaw, potato salad and even chopped meat. I just spray a bit of cooking spray and it is easy to empty and clean. It is so powerful I have to be careful how many times I pulse it or the food turns into baby food. This is the perfect size for someone who lives alone, but it would also be perfect for anyone who just needs smaller portions. Overall I could not be happier with this processor.
