I asked for this for Mother’s Day and I could not be happier with it— I use it almost everyday to chop garlic, onions, Kalamata olives and other small items— stuff I used to do by hand b/c I didn’t want to drag out the big food processor. Love the compact size and big power

Bought to chop nuts and does a good job with this. Tried to chop cabbage and carrots for slaw. It basically pureed both on the chop mode. Not very pleased with this. The other option is grind, which would not work for either. It's got good power, so we'll see what else we can use it for.

I actually purchased three a few years ago...one for me and two for daughters. Fast forward to me sending my son home with mine! I really missed it; so purchased another recently. Still love it as it is extremely handy, easy to use, (once you figure out how to snap the lid in place), and easy to clean. My new one is red and I love it....also, would never be able to “gift” these if the price wasn’t right!

We ordered a new Cuisinart 3 cup food processor to replace our previous 12 year old one. The old motor ran flawlessly, however, the plastic piece that holds the food to be processed, broke on the lip, preventing it from locking in place. Since the old model is no longer available, a new one was required. I must admit, the original one was much sturdier and exudes more quality than its replacement. Hanging on to the old motor - for what reason, I’m not certain!!! JCEJr Supply, NC

We needed a replacement for a 20 year old Cuisinart with cracks in the blade holder. This food processor was highly recommended on a cooking site and now I understand why. I'm glad I found the recommendation and was able to buy another great Cuisinart mini food processor.

I received this as a Christmas gift and absolutely love it! This replaces the small Kitchen Aid food processor that I had previously that I had to replace the bowl for once, and the again the same thing broke on the replacement bowl. This mini prep processor works so much better and is made differently than my old one, so I don't see having the same type of problem with this. Chops and grinds so quick and easy, whether using for chopping vegetables or nuts. I love it.

This works well. But the blade assembly, being plastic, eventually cracks. I have bought 3 so far, first 2 eventually cracked. Same design each time, same crack. Motor has not given out, still strong. I don't us it on anything hard, But better than what else is out there for the price.

My mini-prep processor is perfect! It stays on my counter because I use it constantly. It makes cooking so much easier as I'm a vegetarian and I use a lot of chopped nuts and many chopped veggies in my recipes. I love the ease of use, and it cleans perfectly in the dishwasher. I highly recommend it.

I needed a food processor to chop baked chicken quickly. I make it for my dog and using a knife to cut it all into tiny pieces gave me severe hand cramps. This machine is perfect! Plus, now I can make all sorts of things with it, too - chopped veggies, fresh ground spices, dips, etc.

Having watched TV cooking shows and how the salads look I decided that my food processor could not do the job. They said the blade was sharp and it certainly was I just touch it and it gave me a mark on my finger. So I have made several salads cuts with it and was very happy with the results. I liked the grind knife better along with the chop combination which gives the cut that one is looking for. Thank you I already did recommend this company to a friend. You have so many different kitchen products in your catalog. This product is for food for one or two people at the most. Greg Waters here?
