The DLC2-A is a very nice piece but for one little quibble. There is no neat way to store the power cord and plug. We had the previous model (DLC-1 ?) on which, the cord and plug stored snugly when coiled at bottom of unit. Aside from that, it is a better device.

I rated this based on its two-way chopping blade, but have not used it yet. It is a replacement for my old Cuisinart mini-processor, as the blade on the old one was getting quite dull and I didn't know how to get it sharp again. The old one was over 15 years old. I trust it will work as well as the old one, as I have many Cuisinart appliances that are all dependable.

I've actually had this chopper for a couple of years and have yet to have any complaints about it. It has been the best one I've ever owned without all the hastle of pulling out a bigger one and cleaning it up. I have limited counter space so this is just perfect for quick jobs or most chopping that I do. It is handy, stays sharpened, and is easy to clean up. Love it!!

I bought the Mini-Prep plus 25 ounce Processor for use during the Thanksgiving dinner preperation. It was excellent chopping onions, celery, pecans, cheese, corn and a whole host of other items. It proved to be an incredible time saver and crucial for our dinner preparation. I highly recommend it.

I have the big version of this. Often, when I have a small amount of chopping, I don't get the big Cuisinart out due to the cleanup. The Mini-Prep is very easy to clean. I just hand wash it in a few seconds and it's ready to go back in the cabinet next to it's big sister.

The cover has a very small opening for adding liquids when processing. A medicine type dropper is needed, the opening is so small. I tried adding olive oil using a small measuring cup with a small pouring spout. Even adding it very slowly it was very messy. Would not buy this model again.

I bought this Mini-Prep to replace an older, actually more versatile processor that had one defect: the processing bowl was usually hard to impossible to remove from the motor-base. This processor does exactly what I wanted it to do in that regard. It also seems - based on my single use thus far - to do as good or better job mincing garlic and chopping onions. I also like its more compact shape, though much of the additional space my former processor took was due to seldom-used attachments (a juicer, a slicer-grater) that this processor does not include.

The Mini-Prep Plus Processor was exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased with my purchase. It is easy to use and clean. I have used this processor for many different things, and each time it has performed wonderfully. I would highly recommend.

This processor may be little, but it is one of the most powerful little machines I've ever had the pleasure of owning! It is amazing! It's powerful and really easy to clean! I love it! The only downside that I've found, so far, is that it doesn't dice tomatoes very well. The tomatoes end up soupy, but that's great if you're going to use them in a sauce or soup. I definitely recommend this little processor! It makes food preparation a whiz!

I've used this product a couple times since receiving it. It's working very well. Keep in mind that it is a smaller version, so if the recipe calls for a lot of prep, you'll have to so in batches due to the capacity of the cup. But, all in all I'm happy with the purchase, and it stores very easily based upon its size.
