For some reason I was expecting a ready to go meal but this does not come with sauce. Also, if you choose to cook it in the oven, you will need to transfer the meat to an oven safe dish. It did come in larger chunks that needed to be pulled apart but it wasn't a big deal to me because I felt the meat probably stayed juicier this way. The flavor of the pork with out sauce made me want to toss it with some cabbage for a quick Kalua Pork and Cabbage. But we ended up making BBQ sandwiches instead which were really good. 2 lbs fed our family of four with enough for everyone.

I received this as from a sample program for free for my honest review. This has great flavor, and easy to prepare. This is great for a quick easy dinner. The ingredients are good, and better yet this fits my keto lifestyle since no sauce added in. I ate this plain, but also tried it with sauce. The flavor was great both ways. I will definitely keep a pack in the fridge for a quick easy dinner.

I have bought this before and it was good and my kids love it but this last time is was horrible I had to pick through it to get all the fat out and there was more fat than pork and it looked like scraps for the dog. I don't know if I'll purchase this again

We just bought this for convenience, it was a good price for what is it. Didn't expect anything special, but wow. It was way better than expected. It had a really smoky flavor, and not much fat in it that we had to toss. We regularly smoke our own meat, but to have this on hand was nice. I would say the meat was just as good as mine, but far less work and less fatty than the pieces I've gotten. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars vs 5 is because we'd prefer the meat to be in bigger chunks than it was. It was more like chopped/shredded pork than pulled pork. Will definitely buy again, likely on our next trip to Sams, and will plan to always have one in the freezer during the winter.

This pink loaf of meat looks nothing like the packaging. It had a very slight hint of flavor. SPAM has more flavor and cheaper. I wouldn't want this if it was free. It wasn't spoiled or anything like that. It's just flavorless. Wasted money. I wish the samples were still around.

The heating instructions are simple to follow, but I had to cook for another 10 minutes to make it to our liking. It's very flavorful and not too salty. Seasoned well and has the smoke flavor I love when it comes to pork. I don't know how common it is, but my container had a lot of fatty pieces, and pulling the meat apart took some work. I'd recommend this in regards to taste, but there was too much fat in it to consider it a regular purchase item. I'd probably buy it once in a while.

I was provided a sample via Social Insiders for my honest review, but my family and I have tried this pulled pork before and wanted to buy again. I made loaded baked potatoes with this batch of pulled pork. I put the pork on the stovetop with a small amount of water and slowly pulled the pork apart with a fork as it warmed up. The pork is so tasty it doesn't require any seasonings prior to serving. BBQ sauce is optional. We will buy again! I give this 4 out or 5 stars only because it's a little hard to get the meat apart,

After reading some reviews I was skeptic. But this is pretty good pulled pork. Tastes as good as any restaurant. There is plenty there too. Only thing is, I didn't realize it was refrigerated item and put in freezer when I brought it home. A couple weeks later, I decided to make it, followed directions on box. I couldn't figure out why it wasn't thawed and hot in the 6-7 minutes recommended for microwave. Then I figured it out. Directions were for refrigerated item not frozen. Took about 15 min total to heat up. Mixed bbq sauce in and WOW. Will definitely buy again.

Received this free from buzz agent to try. This wasn't something as good as you'd get from your favorite bbq place. But for a quick meal with good flavor that was also quality meat, this was it. Often times the meat in these seem skimpy. But this was hearty and satisfying.

It's just plain pork. I put it in a crockpot for 7 hours with Stubbs spicy bbq sauce, tons of pepper, garlic chipotle powder, salt, and more Stubbs. Broke it up and added some more sauce. Toasted some buns and it turned out great. I'm going to recommend to a friend because the reviews asks me to but you have to add a bunch of delicious spices.
