I bought this at my Sam's Club a couple of weeks ago and decided to have it for dinner tonight. upon opening the package I found a large block of pressed together big chunks of meat. Some as large as 2 1/2" X 2". Before you can make a sandwich with this, you have to cut it up or shred it. Real pulled pork is shredded. The flavor is just so so. Members Mark products are usually very good. I am very disappointed and if I could give a minus 2 stars, I would.

I was excited to give this a try because I love for simple and quick dinners. The package gives both conventional oven instructions and microwave oven instructions. I decided to go with the conventional oven instructions and upon removing the meat from the package my first impressions were that it didn't look appetizing in the least. I placed it in the oven and 45 minutes later it didn't look much better. I started using my bear claws to pulled the meat apart and shred it and it was very tough, fatty and full of gristle and veins. It didn't have a great smell and I think the meat I received must have missed the seasoning process because it was very bland. I finally got it all pulled apart and decided I needed to add something to it. I mixed in some barbecue sauce and took a bite. It was overly chewy, i had a mouthful of fat and the barbecue sauce was the best part about it. I do not recommend. Wish i could share a photo but I keep getting an error message.

I bought this once before and hated it. I accidentally bought it again because of the picture on the package. As soon as I opened it and saw the fatty mess of meat I realized this is the "pulled pork" I had hated before. This time I cooked it in the oven instead of the microwave to see if I could improve it at all. It is still a fatty gross glob of meat. My dog enjoyed all the fatty parts I could not choke down.

I tried to find something positive to say about this product but sadly could not. It is at least 50% fat so to start you are buying at most 1 pound of meat not 2. The meat itself has a questionable texture, the flavor is disappointing, and as another reviewer pointed out there are chunks of mystery meat - dark chunks that are solid and impossible to shred. Even the light "meat" is nearly impossible to shred - it should be called chunk pork rather than pulled pork. LOTS of congealed grease in the package. I won't even feed this to my dog - it is going straight to the landfill.

My entire family loved the taste of the Member's Mark Pulled Pork! The meat was seasoned just right, and the texture of the meat was perfect. I honestly loved the meat cuts, big nice chunks of meat. Best of all the meat is precooked, and was so easy to warm up in the oven. Also each container holds 2 lbs of meat, very generous to serve a big family. I received these product as part of a free sample program.

i was super happy to try this product. i am always looking for something quick and easy. This could not be easier to fix, literally take it the fridge and pop in oven. Good flavor and great for kids and adults alike. i received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest opinion but the opinion expressed is all my own

#Ad If your life is like mine it includes busy weekdays and anything that helps me get dinner on the table quickly is a win at my house. This Seasoned Pulled Pork comes frozen and can be heated in either the microwave or oven. I heated this pork in the oven for about 50 mins and added bbq sauce and served it with rolls. The meat is tender and has a good smoked flavor.

I received a free sample to try out in exchange of my honest review. At first, I'm very excited to try out because the package looks very appealing. However, after I cut out the cover, I soon to be disappointed. It's a whole block of meat, really difficult to spread it out even I use 2 porks. At the end, I have to use a knife to cut. The meat is very chewy with so much fat. It doesn't have any BBQ flavor at all, but salty instead. In the instructions, it says only need 6-8 minutes on microwave but it took longer than that. The good point is the meat is already prepared and cook but If you need a good meal, I guess you have to put it on a slow cooker and add more flavor.

I had great expectations for this product, that it would be a heat and serve go to dinner- much like the picture on the front cover. Sadly, this is not the case. The quality of this product is terrible. There were very few actual pieces of meat, and mostly fat and grizzle. The only person in my family who would even finish eating the pork was the dog! It would be a great dog food, mixed with a little rice, but don't feed this to your family.

At first, I was not sure if my family and I would like this product. We decided to try it as it brought enough for our entire family. Man, am I glad we did. I absolutely loved the flavor. We added some sugar free bbq sauce and within 5-10 minutes dinner was served. This was a hit with the family and I will be purchasing it again in the near future.
