This was the first time trying this product and we received it as a free sample. We were very thankful for getting to try it. This pulled pork is really good. Probably one of the best that we have tasted. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends and tell them how good it is.

I tried to find something positive to say about this product but sadly could not. It is at least 50% fat so to start you are buying at most 1 pound of meat not 2. The meat itself has a questionable texture, the flavor is disappointing, and as another reviewer pointed out there are chunks of mystery meat - dark chunks that are solid and impossible to shred. Even the light "meat" is nearly impossible to shred - it should be called chunk pork rather than pulled pork. LOTS of congealed grease in the package. I won't even feed this to my dog - it is going straight to the landfill.

I received this product as a free sample for review. It was okay but I wouldn't purchase this in the future. It seemed like a bunch of pork scraps. There was not much flavor and I had to heavily season and add lots of sauce. I ate one serving and tossed the rest into trash. Sorry this one isn't a winner.

I haven't tried many products like this before, but I was very impressed! There was a lot of good meat, and not a lot of fat/filler. It's good to have a product like this since it was so fast. I don't have a lot of time, so this was so easy to just microwave the amount I wanted each time I ate it. I would definitely buy this product. Low price and not a lot of work! I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.

I bought this at my Sam's Club a couple of weeks ago and decided to have it for dinner tonight. upon opening the package I found a large block of pressed together big chunks of meat. Some as large as 2 1/2" X 2". Before you can make a sandwich with this, you have to cut it up or shred it. Real pulled pork is shredded. The flavor is just so so. Members Mark products are usually very good. I am very disappointed and if I could give a minus 2 stars, I would.

We received this as a free product to try in exchange for an honest review. As others mentioned, the appearance was not very appealing and it did not "shred" easily but the flavor was good and it smelled divine when cooking. My biggest recommendation would be for it to come with a sauce packet or additional sauce with the meat for cooking. It was pretty dry though no one complained and they did ask for seconds.

I bought this once before and hated it. I accidentally bought it again because of the picture on the package. As soon as I opened it and saw the fatty mess of meat I realized this is the "pulled pork" I had hated before. This time I cooked it in the oven instead of the microwave to see if I could improve it at all. It is still a fatty gross glob of meat. My dog enjoyed all the fatty parts I could not choke down.

I bought this a few weeks ago for my family of 3, and I can say that this was PLENTY with a good amount leftover for future use. This pork was very easy to cook, I just threw it in the microwave while preparing the remaining supper. When it comes to the taste, I enjoyed it overall but will say there were a lot of fatty pieces throughout the meat. I am not sure I would necessarily call this pulled pork as it was in large chunks, but it is a decent family meal. Also, make sure you have sauce to add, as this does not come with any.

I received this as a sample in return for my honest review and I have to say that I am pretty disappointed! It definitely does NOT look like pulled pork at all. Looked more like a block of ham that you could not shred after cooking according to the directions. It was almost impossible to shred. The taste was ok, but not what I have come to expect from Member's Mark. Pretty disappointed.

I have purchased this item 3 times. The first time was glorious. Pulled pork for days!! The next two times, TERRIBLE! It's as if whatever ghastly machine at the pork sortin' place sorted all the good meat into the trash, and all the weird bits n pieces into the carton to sell at my Local Sam's Club! And I'm talking unidentifyable pieces of things that wouldn't even cut with a knife. Out of the 2 lbs, I probably ended up with 4 ounces of good, non-mysterious pork. Such a bummer! And I generally LOVE my Sam's products!
