so, so good. dont like the volume control when coupled with my home theater system. Like most things computerized you lose control of what you are used to doin for yourself. Overall glad i purchased a smart tv being I am retired and spend a lot of time at home I now more options of what is available.

Purchased for my daughter as we already have the 65" version. This is the best 4K TV for the money hands down. Sharp blacks and vivid colors. Easy set-up and great support when needed. Fast access to all streaming services through the remote. 1 inconvenience is boot-up/shutdown. Takes about 10-20 seconds to boot up and connect to wifi or shutdown. Not instant on/off but I think that's an issue with nearly all smart TV's today.

Decent TV for the money; this is my first Vizio TV. I've mainly owned Samsung smart TVs although I recently purchased a 65" LG OLED TV which has all but ruined lesser TVs for me. The Vizio is solid construction with a nice bezel. The menus are easy to navigate and take their inputs quickly. The remote is quite nice as well, which many built-in one-button streaming features for Netflix, Disney+, Hult, etc. I mounted the TV to a wall using a bracket and that went well also. The picture is good, but not amazing (though for it's size, at 40", looks just fine unless you're really close to the TV.) Its biggest flaw, in my opinion, are the TV's speakers, which sound muffled right from the start. This is in part due to the factory sound setting, which you can alter easily within the TV's menus. I found a sound setting that cleared up and brightened the dialogue, which helps. I bought this TV for a guest room in our house. I would not consider this a great TV for a living room but it's just fine for occasional use in a small room. Price was good and shipping was quick and there was no damage from shipping.

I moved into a 55 Senior apt building. My apt is 393 sq feet. This is the perfect size. Beautiful picture. Lets you do adjustments on the picture. I always tone down the color because for me it looks more natural. I dont like the blaring color. Love my tv.

Love this 40” 4K Vizio. Bought it as a computer monitor and I'm not disappointed. It's big enough to run four programs, one in each quadrant but not too big to give you strained eyes or headaches. The closest size monitor was $80 more and only 32”. Retuned every monitor for my new work from home setup since none compare to this. My only regret is that I didn't consider this option sooner.

Sound, Picture, and Quality is horrible! Sounds like a tin can, looks like an old tv picture quality, and green screened and black screened and lost sound sometimes within the first week! Took it back and got the Samsung 40in and we are much more pleased! Way better picture and sound!

Recently purchased this for my son's bday. Coming from a 720p to 4K was such a big leap. The picture quality is great for a budget 4K. Also the built in apps are always great. Couldn't be happier so far as even his Xbox 1s looks substantially better then the previous tv. Next time make sure to put any and all things a 3yo can chuck and shatter a tv. Probably wouldn't be writing this review right now.

This TV is exactly what I was looking for and for the price you can't beat it when you get great 4K picture quality. The Vizio OS has most of the apps I'm looking for and some others I didn't know I would use. Overall great quality and very happy with purchase. I would definitely recommend this TV.

I love the size of the screen. The picture is so bright and has vivid colors. The setup was easy. I like how it has so many apps to choose from as well. The remote has buttons for a quick access to the most popular apps. I will continue to buy the Bizio brand in the future.

The audio sounds like the actors are speaking through a pillow. I can hardly understand the dialogue. The system works well and the picture is clear and bright but it is impossible to follow the dialogue. I know that they are speaking English but I miss 3 out of 5 words.
