Great TV!

I haven't purchased a TV for a long time. Our home burned down in the Oregon wildfires last September so I purchased 2 Vizio 4K UHD LED TVs. This one was really easy to set up and the picture is beautiful. I don't particularly like the way Smart TVs are set up, so I use a Roku Ultra with mine. The aquarium screen saver is exquisite! I love the size of this television, not too big, but not small either. I love it.

Must have been a faulty TV

So this TV was amazing for the first week! It was very intuitive to set up, had great picture and sound quality, and I couldn't have been more delighted with my purchase. But after the first week, I noticed that occasionally the sound would become static-like and muffled while watching Hulu. If I fast-forwarded 10 seconds, then the sound would return to normal. I originally thought this was due to the Hulu app, but this happened again and again over the next several days, becoming more frequent over time. Then one day I turned on the TV and none of the apps were visible (screen was solid blue-gray), but the TV was definitely on as I could pull up the settings menu. I had to unplug and replug the TV to get the home screen to work again. Needless to say, I did not want to deal with this, and since all of these problems began within the first 3 weeks of owning the TV, I returned it. It was a bummer to have to return it, because I read many great reviews before purchasing this TV... I hope it was just a faulty unit.

If you're working from home, this is the BEST bang for the buck 4K PC monitor. This display supports 4:4:4 chroma which is needed for clear text. You will pay way more for a dedicated 4k PC display. For under $230, this is a win/win.

Bad buy. Lol into Samsung tvs

no sports apps at all so if you love sports you have to get a firestick. Casting hasn't worked yet so no phone to tv with Galaxy phones. I wouldn't get one unless you want regular functions. Regular functions don't make it smart.

Vizio has gone downhill

You get what you pay for, Vizio used to make a quality product for the price, might as well be insignia or some other trash brand. Sound is glitchy, the built in streaming player is garbage. Would not buy again.

Typical quality from Vizio. Recent UI update has helped makes for a slightly easier and faster navigation through menu options. Picture is good for the money as well. Quality product for the price point. I'd buy another one, if I was in the market.
