Better than the rest

I got a new 65” philips tv for Christmas and the operating system was clunky and slow. I took it back and exchanged it for the 65” vizio that I have now and couldn't be happier. It's fast. Really fast and still has all the great vizio features with great sound and picture.

So Pleased!!

My boyfriend bought a Vizio back when he first moved into his apartment and I have always loved the quality. We live together now and we just had to get a Vizio for our living room!! It's easy to set up and start using. The sound and picture is great. Vizio has not let me down and I will continue to buy from them. Thank you for making awesome products!!

Beautiful Television

I can watch everything in beautiful color. I wanted a tv with deep absolute blacks. Got it. Interface is straighforward, albeit just a little cluttered. Ads, its all ads. A row for your apps, and then some more ads but its really not a problem considering how far television technologies have come. Our TV's are smart now. They do a lot more critical thinking for us so naturally advertising has evolved too. Would buy again. Thank you.

Good TV, Great Picture, did have some issues

Setup was friendly, however, after setup was complete I did have to factory default the settings to correct a problem with switching to the HDMI1 port. When I would switch to the HDMI port the screen would go black until I toggled it again then it would eventually show what was on HDMI1. Factory default and setting up the TV again fixed the problem - apparently this was due to a failure in one of the software update process.

Good tv overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the TV. I have had it for a while now and I'm loving it. The only problem I have is the sound. I get breakages from the sound. At first, I thought it was the movie I was watching at that time but now I hear it continuesly.

Great picture!

My wife and I have been purchasing only Vizio for more then 10 years. It is one of the best values in electronics as far as we're concerned. We've never had even 1 issue with any so I honestly couldn't say how their customer service is because we've never used them!

I bought about a month ago, not sure how I feel about it yet. The sound gets distorted every few days, but gets ok when I restart what I'm watching. The live streaming freezes up every few days & I have to unplug from outlet & plug back in to get it going again. Because of these issues I'm concerned it may not last me long.

Great picture and so many apps and features.

Not horrible...wouldn't buy again though.

Had the TV for over about 2 months now. Disappointed that we have to power cycle it at least 2-3 times a week because it won't stream or respond to the remote control. Internet speed is fine, so I don't know what's up. When trying to stream from certain apps (specifically NBC sports) it will also causes the TV to stop being able to stream anything...so we power cycle and now I'm actually using my old Chromecast to stream from certain apps. Wish I didn't have to do this on my brand new smart TV.

Great Features!

I brought this TV about a month ago and am very pleased with it. Pros: Wide variety of Pre-Built in applications Very clear Picture and Clarity with the addition of Dolby Vision Has great sound as far as Volume and Clarity is concerned Cons: Unable to Add additional applications Unable to change the definition of the sound VIA a Pre-Built EQ in an Volume Sub-Menu Item Overall I am pleased with how the device works and the basic software setup, I just wish there were more options to make changes
