Great features but lacking in one area

I bought the TV about a month ago and the picture is clear the sound is great The options are great. The only two things that I do not like about the TV is that you can't download any apps for example I wanted to download the Spectrum TV app but I can't. And I bought the TV out of the box at Walmart and there was no remote control so I had to get a replacement on Amazon. It's probably not the same experience without it but my biggest thing is the downloading of apps.

Good Price for size but not great overall

For the size of the TV, the picture quality is a little disappointing. Also, there has been multiple times where it freezes and the only way for it to be fixed is unplugging it, I wouldn't complain about that if i hadn't got this TV less than 2 months ago. TV's are expensive so it's not awful pricing considering the size but I was expecting more. Also, why is there no HBO app?

To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘VIVID’ picture mode for a brighter more colorful image. Worst tv purchase ever

The TV we purchased for my family was the worst TV purchase ever. Brand new out of the box and couldn't connect to a wifi connection 2 feet away. I had a Samsung TV on the 2nd story that could connect to wifi better than this Vizio TV. I'm glad I turned it in for another Samsung. I will never buy a Vizio or recommend this TV brand to anyone.

Great Features—excellent picture and sound qualite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this TV! The 4K definition really projects a colorful and amazing picture. We really enjoy the SMARTCAST features. I'm a “low-tech” person, but the user-friendly ease in navigating and scrolling is so comfortable and fun. It's a great TV, perfect for our bedroom. I would highly recommend it.

Garbage

Bought my tv in 2019. Beginning of this year, (2022), the top of the screen is visibly darker than it should be. So much so that is made watching it almost impossible. Upon reading consumer reviews, (sadly after the fact), I've come to discover this is a common problem with their back lights. I would NEVER purchase another Vizio TV ever again.

A wonderful TV with some flaws

The new Visio was presented to me at Christmas by my wife. The color and clarity are major assets, and with the sound bar, the audio is excellent. The apps contained on smartcast are included and easy to access. On the downside is the random loss of signal and the need to reboot the tv. It happens when switching from one port to the smartcast. Instructions come right up on the screen and walks you through the rebooting process. With more technology there seems to be more chances to breakdown. Very manageable but still a nuisance. Still I am so glad to have my new Vizio. A movie theater in my living room. I love it

Can't sync to cable channels / poor sound / remote

Unti will not scan / connect to basic cable channels. The graphics / numbers on remote too small & too light - hard to see. Works when connected to internet. Sound quaility - very poor. All of this as compared to a Vizio I have that worked great ! But that set is being used as PS screen. New unit is being returned.

Excellent basic set

Do the V-Series Vizio television set a new standard in viewing? No, but they also do not cost in the thousands. For watching television as most of do, these sets are an excellent value with a sharp picture, the inputs and outputs you need and really easy setup. Definitely one of the best values for the money

So much for so little!

We bought a Vizio smart tv about a week ago and were suprised with how many features it came with and how much free stuff there was. It's easy to use and set up. The audio wasn't the best so we bought a Vizio soundbar too, the set up was automatic and seamless! All I had to do was plug the soundbar into the ARC HDMI port and plug it and the subwoofer into the wall and everything connected on it's own without having to push any buttons. It's awesome!

Perfect for those on a budget

We have only had ours for 2 weeks, but so far we are pleased. The picture quality is great and extremely comparable to some of the more expensive models. So far we've had no issues with the sound; however, a Vizio sound bar would be a nice accessory in the future. The price did not destroy our budget. No buyer's remorse.
