Has alot of great features, Easy to use

I really like the picture and ease of use. My main complaint is that it is supposed to be a smart TV however I am unable to download the Spectrum APP so that we can watch our spectrum TV on it from another room other than the room with the box. That is a huge disappointment as that was the whole reason for a Smart TV purchase.

Hello 911derful, VIZIO is committed to giving consumers access to as much streaming content as possible. SmartCast televisions deliver today’s most popular apps like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and others on the SmartCast TV home screen. The TVs also come with Watchfree, a no cost service that provides hundreds of channels with no additional purchase or registration requirements. Amazing tv!

I bought this tv on a pre black friday sale and i haven't looked back. This has been the best tv in terms of quality in picture, sound, and accessibility. Not to mention, it is built for gaming. I urge any and all gamers to give this tv a try at least once, you won't be disappointed.

Expecting more...

This may disqualify me from the thousand dollar price for leaving an honest review, but the ad team Vizio has is AMAZING, too bad the quality control isn't as good. Out the box the right side was completely dark, figured it was already broken. I tapped it on the edge around where it was dark (not hard at all) but must've been enough to get it to get the pixels working. (Which amazed me considering that its meant to be a full array tv and not a direct light one). As far as colors go, i wasn't excited with them from the box so i had to play around with the options to get them to my desired preferences. Otherwise everything seemed to be working just fine until I installed the Hands Free Alexa. Little did i know that completely ruined the whole tv. Now i can only have acces to Alexa & the satellite channels (which isnonly 3-5) of them. I've been trying it all, factory reset but still no luck. Idk how to get it back to getting all other features tobwork again. Ineven plugged my old Alexa with no luck. If anyone has anyway to help me fix this issue, I'd greatly appreciated!!!!

Picture

I have 2 other viso tv. The picture is awesome, this 65 inch picture is just okay, not nearly as good as the others. So I am disappointed in this quality. Having the other 2 viso tv with great picture is great but for me this 65 inch was not worth the money. I do not have box anymore or I would have returned it.

Hello Donnie O, at VIZIO we pride ourselves on our highly rated picture quality. To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms, try using the ‘VIVID’ picture mode for a brighter, more colorful image. Another good way to see the full capabilities of the TV would be to search for "4K HDR" in the YouTube app. As long as your network connection is able to support speeds needed for 4K HDR content, there are some amazing looking videos. If you’d like any assistance adjusting these settings, our customer support team would love to help you dial in the TV to your preference, you can reach them at 844-254-8087.

Lots of features but not all work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only after able 9 months of owning the TV, some is the apps freeze after able five minutes is use or they do not work at all. All user manuals explain how to clear cache in strings but this TV does not have the option in settings. Have to run some apps from phone and cast to tv. Picture even blacks out from time to time. Tried master reboot, reset to factory settings, and unplugging for ten minutes. None help.

Great if adjusted, but why too green?

This tv is just way too leveled on the green spectrum. I have to adjust the tint every time the hdr10+ changes for optimal performance. The tv is so advanced that it will continually adjust the color while in hdr10, upscaling any lower quality picture to the point of lots of noise on the screen. And the backlight is literally just a black filter not a back light at all. And unless the tv is hardwired my xbox or even dvd player will literally crash the tv and I'll have to reset it or unplug the power cord for 30 seconds, other than these actual issues, it's an amazing tv, with incredible detail and color in full 4k ultra hd, I put on Disney+ and watched wild kingdom and even from footage in the 70s it's crystal clear. Minus the initial technical difficulties, this tv is looking very nice, great quality picture for the best price, beats tcl hands down in picture quality. Not sho much on the main menu, and i wish you supported the spectrum cable app, but you don't so i have to use my xbox to watch cable from thier app.

Remote/screen

The remote has to be press very hard to input information. I don't believe it works how it should. Changing from screens is some what hard because the time it's set up to changed the screen quickly. I have had two Vizio TVS and never had these problems.

Nice New TV

We've had our TV for a little more than a week. We opted for this TV as it came with HDMI2.1 ports and HDR/HDR+/HDR10 ready. It is a great TV for the price. So far, we are enjoying everything it has to offer. I would be nice if it were streaming ready for AT&T TV though.

Great picture, poor connections

I bought this in early December. TV is great with great picture. The main drawback are the connections. I don't know why designers can't seem to put the power supply cord and the HDMI and other connectors on the bottom edge in the middle. The current set up has the power cord on the left and the video connections on the back facing the right. This leaves wires coming the wall from both sides of the unit making cable management difficult to hide the wires. It's also hard to reach to connect/disconnect devices without having to take the TV off of the mounting bracket.

Great picture, more smart than before

I have an old 70, that hung on the wall about 6 years. Because we didn't turn it off at night, I have just noticed a little screen burn. After seeing it without the burn for years, the old Vizio is being replaced/upgraded. It was a good one, and best Customerservice ever, because the original purchase had a flaw in the screen. I called Vizio and they shipped a new one, set it up, and packaged the other to return for me. I have never had such a good customer service experience. So I am back for Vizio.
