All around good.

I bought this to replace another brand smart TV. the other brand after about 2 months would not play hulu and would randomly increase the volume to maximum by itself. It started to have problems staying connected to the internet. I have always had good luck with Vizio products and so far it seems like this was the decision I should have made from the start. That's what I get for listening to my wife.

Watch Free did it for me

We recently "cut the cord" with the cable company but have had trouble trying to pull in a steady signal with an antenna. This VIZIO, with its' Watch Free feature, has greatly alleviated that problem as I now have dozens of channels that O have access to through our home's wi-fi.

Features are lacking

Unable to get local stations without using my Spectrum remote. I thought I may have set something up incorrectly and called Vizio for assistance and was told that the tv did not have that capability and that it would require two remotes. I also find that the timer function is not quick and easy to get to like the last tv ‘TCL' that I had. This tv is being used in a bedroom, so both of these concerns are even bigger inconvenience's. Since it required a different style mounting bracket that had already been installed and two people other then myself to hang it, during COVID I opted not to return it, otherwise I would have. Vizio needs to be more descriptive with tv capabilities, especially when two remotes will be required.

Glitchy sometimes

I bought this tv in late February of this year. I would definitely rate it 5 stars but sometimes it can be a bit glitchy. Sometimes it doesn't want to turn on and I have to unplug it to "reboot" it or sometimes it will turn off the show I was watching altogether & go back to the home screen.

better than expected

first new tv in 12 years, 2008. Amazing experience. Vizio free tv function is awesome. I have a composite audio/video system in the box from 12 years ago. I got this specific tv because of the composite inputs, along with being able to hook up my sony PS3 composite. Could not be happier with purchase after comparing models endlessly.

Adding apps sux!

I've had the TV for 30 minutes and I'm already contemplating returning it! To add apps to the TV you have to add an additional app to your phone and HOPE the app you're looking for is available. I should be able to add apps to the tv without having to go thru all this BS!

The SmartCast application is great for being able to have another way to operate and control your TV, however you do not need that app to cast. For example, when going to applications that support casting and your TV and mobile device are on the same home network, you will see the casting icon in the app. All you have to do is press that casting icon and then choose the TV name that you wish to cast to! Overall very nice TV

Love the picture, love that it has audio output RCA jacks! Would like to have one more HDMI port. I run the sound through an amp so don't use the internal speakers. I hate that I can't add more apps, I only use Pureflix and ESPN+ neither of them are pre installed and you can't add them so I have to use a Fire Stick to access them!

Hook ups and apps

Not enough hook ups for components,and far apart as well. No soundbar hook up and getting an app to download on it darn near impossible. I give it a 3 because it lacks rear feature hook ups epic fail. Other than that the pic and smart features are a joy.

Hello Bigl, thank you for your feedback today. This TV absolutely does have the ability for a sound bar connection. A sound bar can be connected to this TV using HDMI ARC, RCA composite, and an optical audio output. You will want to check your sound bar for the best compatible connection. This TV also uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. Great for bedroom

I bought this television about a month ago. Everything is great other than the fact it has been blocking the tv screen telling me to “scan to unlock perks and register your product” on every channel which is pretty annoying. Hopefully once i submit this, that problem goes away! Other than that, I've never had a problem with any Visio products I've owned!

Great features lightweight clear picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv a year ago for a really good price it just started giving me hardware issues a couple days ago I did move the tv a lot so maybe that is why but up and until now tv has never given me any issues
