[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this tv for many years. Last week they shoved a software upgrade to it that is so stupid it is beyond belief a company would do that. Operations that used to take two button pushes now take 8. Info is now missing. How this is considered an upgrade is beyond me. No opportunity to go back to the old version.

Other than the smart TV channels already installed, I love the ability to use Apple air play with the TV. So much so that this is my second Vizio TV purchase in three months, and I convinced my friend to purchase two for her home. We both love our new TVs.

I have to admit, this VIZIO TV is beautiful to watch BUT it has so many features that I've not been able to get to many of them. I simply turn on the TV manually ( which I wouldn't need to do if I set up the Alexa option) and peruse my same 5 channels. I know. It's sad.

We have had our new TV for two weeks and are very pleased. picture quality and sound are exceptional. Very easy to use and set up. Only two concerns we have had is 1) Amazon music is not one of the apps and can't add it to the system, 2) had to do a hard reset once because Zudu and Amazon Prime were not loading from the app bar.

Bought this tv about 6 months ago and ever since I go got it I have had trouble with it! Most of the time I turn on my tv it is just a blank grey screen. No applications pop up and I am not able to watch tv. Another problem I have with this tv is that sometimes the remote does not work. I press a button and there is no response.

After a few minutes looking for studs in the wall, my TV was mounted on the wall and updating. The quick app remote buttons are still are relevant and my favorite feature is the content search where it looks on every possible app to find the show/movie you are looking for. The frame rate is awesome for gaming, too!!

While trying to introduce my wonderful new tv to my XFINITY remote, it did everything perfectly. Then, when I turned off my VISIO, it would "sleep" for about 5 minutes and come back on. Finally worked out the kink & now V-V & Alexa are my best friends.

We bought this two months ago! We love all the ore loaded apps and clear picture this to has. For the price this can not be beat! Nice clear picture and works well with all of our streaming apps and sound system. I want to add the sound was fine without a sound bar which is rare these days. All of our guests who come over remark at this amazing tv.

I bought this tv on a pre black friday sale and i haven't looked back. This has been the best tv in terms of quality in picture, sound, and accessibility. Not to mention, it is built for gaming. I urge any and all gamers to give this tv a try at least once, you won't be disappointed.

We have had this TV for over a month now and we love it. Awesome picture and features. I highly recommend this product. It's our 4th Vizio and have been happy with all. Three are still up and running. The original purchased back in 2011 has a sound issue but expected given the age and consistent use. Vizio lifers here! :)
