Beautiful pic

My husband wanted this tv and we love it! Picture is great and we also bought the Visio surround sound now it really sounds like a home theater! The only thing is you have to aim remote to the right lower corner of tv to gain control when changing channels....

Great picture and fairly simple to set up

The picture is great. The simple buttons to access Prime, Netflix, etc. are fantastic. So simple and so quick. We had issues with the picture and the sound not synced. There is a Lip Sync setting (I've never heard of that one). I adjusted all the way up and all the way down but it didn't help. Out of desperation to avoid returning it, I dug in to all of the settings and finally found one that got it on track under the audio section. An owner's manual would have helped. Fortunately I found some info on line and I appreciate the lack of paper for recycling purposes but an owners manual being included is pretty much mandatory. Now that it's all set up, we really like it

Good value for the price.

Overall very pleased with the quality & value of this TV. Minor complaints: Viewing angle quite narrow but appears to be in line with other LCD screens. Common problem. If you want a better picture/angle viewing spend more money but for occasional use this will work. Also, Vizio uses every "opportunity" to encourage you to allow the TV to send back information to them mostly for marketing services provided by third party vendors. Another hazard with manufacturers of today. Just how much of your information do you want to give up?

It's big and beautiful

I bought the 65" to upgrade my 50" in the main family room. It's way better for the size of the room. I like the new remote that has netflix and hulu built in. In fact I see no reason to use my appleTV since this one has most of the same features: 1) Hulu 2) netflix 3) amazon Prime 4) Airplay and airplay mirroring built in. (that I use with spotify/youtube from ipad and iphone) 5) Chromecast built in. (from my chromebook) Time will tell if vizio will keep the apps up to date. Hence 4 stars for now. I also paired this with my legacy 42" Vizio soundbar and all the TV remote controls the soundbar volume with no setup.

Love vizio

I've had a few vizio tvs in past n that's why its the brand I stick to. Picture and features are great. I have samsung phone and can cast apps to the tv. Had Element and couldnt do that..which got replaced for that reason alone. Only wish I could download apps onto the tv though.

Lot of built-in apps awesome

This is my second Vizio my first was a 2015 m-class 50 in then I just got to the V class 65 in the only thing I do not like about it if you cannot adjust the picture size other than that awesome and the fact that it did not have a 2.1 HDMI and is only 60 hertz I can deal with it

VIZIO V-Series™ 50” Class 4K HDR Smart TV | V505-G

The tv is fine except that it disconnects from the wireless internet when it is off. Last night, I was on my laptop and then turned on the vizio. the laptop was connect to the internet and worked fine. The Vizio took 3 to 4 shutoffs and switch ons before it connected to the internet.

Good TV, Great Picture, did have some issues

Setup was friendly, however, after setup was complete I did have to factory default the settings to correct a problem with switching to the HDMI1 port. When I would switch to the HDMI port the screen would go black until I toggled it again then it would eventually show what was on HDMI1. Factory default and setting up the TV again fixed the problem - apparently this was due to a failure in one of the software update process.

Amazing TV!

This tv has great features. Picture is amazing, and I works with my google speakers so if I ever loose my remote I can just ask Google to turn on or turn off. Great durability. Has lots of great apps. I wish it had the option to add other apps but still has great options. I love the fact that we can stream anything from our phones to our tv as well

Very disappointed in the quality of this TV.

I had the TV for two weeks and every day for two weeks I had to reset the TV because I would get black screen with sound. I even reset back to factory settings and I would still get a black screen when a streamed movie would come out of a commercial break. It was clearly a back light or capacitor issue and not a streaming issue because I was still receiving a signal with sound.
