The instructions were a bit misleading or maybe I misread them but I was not aware that the big humidifier already had a small cartridge in there. I had soaked the spare cartridge making me waste the spare cartridge. Also, it would of been nice if the portable one had a warm mist setting. Otherwise no issues. The functions work well. I have the big one in my room and the spare one at work. I do like the color changing affect on the small one.

Does not stay on. Shuts off on all settings brand new out of the box. Called customer service they told me multiple things to check, check them all. Clean brand new unit with vinegar as directed by customer service. Works for a few minutes and then shuts off no matter what. None of customer service suggestions worked. Extremely disappointed!!! Dead on arrival!

Had for less than a month and leaks after refilling. We don't remove the water tank just fill from the top while still attached. Worked fine for the first couple of weeks. Returning as defective! Disappointing as it really worked well until it started leaking.

We have Wood pellet stove and air gets dry in winter. Works great. Glad I found a very easy to operate one. Haven't tried the free portable one yet

Worked great for two winters, then all of a sudden started leaking. For $90, I expect it to last longer.

Bought 3 of these (gave 2 to my kids) and sadly 1 didn’t work straight out of the box. The other one stopped working about 3 weeks after setting it up. The last one is still working as of now. Very disappointed.

I bought this in November, and it worked for two months. Today (exactly 2 months) it started leaking underneath the power button. I emptied it and dried it and tried again... same problem. Trying to figure out how to get my money back.

This keeps the humidity level in my home at an optimum level. I have asthma and since I've been using this product, I breathe easier. Also once filled, it runs all day without giving further attention.

I bought this item in December of 2022 and used it all of that winter season. I got it back out in November of 2023, and i used it for a month and a 1/2, and it's leaked all over my floor. I didn't move it. I didn't touch it. I filled it up before I left work and came back the next day to water-soaked into the carpet. I took it home to clean and descale it, and it still will not hold water.

Returned first one due to leak 2nd one leaks also.
