I’ve had this humidifier for a few weeks now, and so far I’m very pleased. I’ve bought plenty of humidifiers, so I have a lot to compare this one to. Everyone in my household has allergies and needs a humidifier in their room. I like the feature of the top fill. It’s so much easier than filling it from the bottom and having to turn it upside down, like most other humidifiers. It also holds a large amount of water. This is the first humidifier I’ve owned that has the option of warm or cool mist, which I really like. The essential oil pad is also great for when you have a stuffy nose and need to add some eucalyptus or peppermint.

I am really impressed with this humidifier! So easy to fill and operate and it offers cool or warm mist. I can adjust the amount of mist based upon the size of the room I have it in, and I love the ability to use aromatherapy with this unit. My allergies have been so much better since using this at night. The 'bonus' portable humidifier was a total WIN! The portable, chargeable unit is small, like the sie of a 16 oz water bottle. So easy to slip into my suitcase or carryon. I travel a lot and this portable humidifier works fantastic in a hotel room! The night light is so nice when waking up in a hotel room at night. I won't travel without it again.

I have tried this humidifier for over a week and I am very impressed. It is meets all my needs as a hot or cool mist humidifier, and is super quiet. I started off using the cool mist set to a certain humidity level. That worked great. Then I changed the setting to continuous flow. I had no issues on either setting. I used the heat mode for a few nights and that was wonderful for me. I had been waking up with a scratchy throat due to allergies. I woke up without a scratchy throat after using the heat flow. I have also used the essential oil pads that come with the humidifier. They work well. This is the best multi-use humidifier that I have used in years. I look forward to these being at my Sams Club so I can purchase one for my sister.

I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I read the reviews about leaking but decided to buy it anyway with the knowledge that it might leak. One reviewer gave instructions how to fix if it happened (thank you to the reviewer). I let my daughter know it might leak, to test it out with a little bit of water and gave her the instructions just in case. It works great, she loves it and takes the portable one with her to work. I give this 5 stars.

I absolutely love this humidifier. I have several, and this one fall in line with the others. Nothing special, but it is pretty big and covers a larger room. The small car one is a plus! I love the illuminating lights!!

Excellent humidifier for any room. We have ours in the living room and are excited to use it even more when the temperature changes. We have been running it for 24+ hours on a middle setting and have not had to change add water. The warm setting works well but takes a little while to heat up. We haven’t used the essential oil port but we are so excited to have that option. The humidifier also has a night light feature. It came with a mini personal humidifier too. Excellent quality and customer service!

It is SO dry here in the winter that we keep three humidifiers going all season. This one really works well for us. There is no static electricity at all in our home (a big problem when it's dry), and our plants are thriving. I'd definitely buy this one again. Oh, and the little baby one is cute, but a charge doesn't last long at all.

I was very leery about using a humidifier where I live. It is naturally humid. Boy was I wrong, the Homedics Top Fill Humidifier changed my mind. I have suffered from seasonal sinus issues most of my life. Within days of running the humidifier, I noticed that I was breathing easier, and my head congestion was all but gone. The difference was notable throughout the house and not just the room the humidifier was operating. The unit is light weight and fits into décor. The unit is a bit taller than expected but it does make the filling process easier. I love the ability to add essential oils so that the room is deodorized all at the same time.

I can definitetly see a difference in how I sleep at night and also my sinuses. I like that you can set the hours it is on and the humidity level control. It is simple to use. I like that the light can shine or be turned off.

Keeps shutting itself off. I had to research why. The float doesn’t work properly so it triggers the machine to shut off because it’s “empty” when it’s actually full.
