This grill has not performed as well as I anticipated. The igniter does not work after only 1 year and the logo has already faded off. Very difficult to clean.

My husband loves this grill and it is the best grill he has ever had and the food turns out better than you would think -- you will not be disappointed -- I know ours is going to be used more and more -- LOVE IT!!!!!!

I didn't think they could improve on my old grill but this new one is over the edge. By far the best grill I've owned. Don't forget the great customer service too.

The grill works fine. It was damage in shipping though. it was dented in back but i kept it and used it. Wasn't worth the impossible hassle of returning it. Had it half way put together when i noticed it. probally not do this again.

It arrived bent and dented in 5 places. It is crooked. The tiny pointed screws were difficult to put in. Very disappointing, as it was a birthday present.

Assembly is relatively simple, even for a 70 year old. Only two problems encountered. Doors are not simple to get to align, and the battery holder for the pietzo igniters will not hold in the side wall.

I've had this grill for several months now and every meal cooked in this grill has been nothing short of perfect! It cooks evenly and it never flares up. Perfect control!

Grill is awesome! The assembly is quite straightforward. It would be even better if the part numbers are labelled on each part, such as with a little sticker. Preheating is fast, outcomes are restaurant quality.

I was in the market for a new grill and wanted one specifically to Rotis with. The grilling is great but the rotis'ing is poor. The sloped lid interferes with the meat and causes soot to displace on the meat.

I now own the 4 burner unit which is a much better grill surface and pan design. The 3 burner unit is poorly designed since the perforated pans rust easily and are very hard to clean.
