The grill arrived in a cardboard box with a smashed corner and the grill had small dents on the hood from the shipping. After putting the grill together we were very pleased with the performance of the cooking surface. We use it often. However the lettering is already starting to ware off.

I BOUGHT THE GRILL ABOUT 18 MONTHS AFTER ABOUT THE 13 MONTHE THE GRATES STARTED TO RUST. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SENT ME NEW GRATES AND TOLD ME HOW TO PORTECT THE GRATES, BY PUTTING PEANUT OIL ON IT FOR ABOUT THREE TIMES AND COOKING THEM TO CURE THE GRATES AND LET ME TELL YOU IT WORKES , I PUT PEANUT OIL ON YHE GRATES EVER TIME I COOK. THE CLEANING IS SO EASY WET TOWEL TO CLEAN THE GRATES. I LOVE THIS GRILL. THINKING ABOUT BUYING ANOTHER TO TAKE OUT TO MY LAND.

It is unbelievable. The grill cooks really nice without any flare ups. It is very easy to cook chicken and all other items. The chicken was very difficult on the conventional type grill. I was always burning it. This unit is really great and we are enjoying it very much.

I bought it a couple of months ago and am still working on improving on the cooking methods. I have found that using the rotisserie is really good on it I would recommend it for that alone. As far as cooking on it I miss the flame cooking some of the taste is gone with the infer-red cooking. But I am still working on it. I have not given up. Char-Broil is an excellent brand.

So far, I am happy with it. The grates are more work to keep clean than my other grills but they perform great. Overall, my grill is great!

It arrived bent and dented in 5 places. It is crooked. The tiny pointed screws were difficult to put in. Very disappointing, as it was a birthday present.

I didn't think they could improve on my old grill but this new one is over the edge. By far the best grill I've owned. Don't forget the great customer service too.
