I've had my Charbroil 3-Burner for 15 months and have had an outstanding experience. It's very reliable, cleans up easily and the ability to put wood chips directly on the cooking grates provides the best flavors I have experienced in many many years of outdoor propane bbqing. No problems.......great results!

Well made grill. Did not take long to set up. But the instructions leave out a part where you have remove two factory installed bolts in the rear to properly support the side wings prior to attaching them. Once assembled it fired right up and was at cooking temp in no time. Seared the meat perfectly. However I highly recommend a cleaning brush that can get into the infrared panel grooves. Can't wait to use this more.

WHEN I UNPACKED THE GLILL, I NOTICED THAT THE FRONT PANEL WAS DAMAGED. THE PACKAGING COMPLETELY FELL APPART MAKING IT VERTUALY IMPOSSIBLE TO REPACK, I DECIDED TO MAKE-DO AND KEEP IT. THE QUALITY CONTROL PLUS/NINUS STANDARDS ARE NOT TIGHT ENOUGH. THE DOORS TO THE CABINET ARE UNEVEAN AND DO NOT FIT PROPERLY. THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ARE VAUGE AND TOO UNIVERSAL. THEY SHOULD BE MORE MODEL SPSCIFIC. ANY-WAY HAVE A NICE DAY

1st use had 8 steaks and all cooked equal no matter position on the grill. Great grilling so far. Putting grill together was a nightmare, missing parts, damaged fire box, screw and nut positions were near impossible to get at.

I bought this grill because I was sick of the flare ups that happen when you grill.Everything was all good until you have to clean the grill.Cleaning the grill is very tedious and it needs to be cleaned once a month at the least.I guess that's what you get from a grill that doesn't flame up,you have to give up something somewhere!! Other than that ,it's a great grill!

I had purchased this model a year earlier, I think a 2014 one, for another location. I was happy with it's assembly, quality and how it cooked with the indirect heat and how it prevented grease flare-ups. I thought I would get one for my IL house even though it looked like only the 2015 model was available and it was not at any of my local stores. I ordered on-line and it came in a large heavy box. The box did not look in that bad of shape but 5 of the parts inside were damaged and prevented assembly. Returning the grill to Wal-Mart was not practical since I did not keep track of how the 50 plus parts were packed in the box and the box did not have much strength with out the plastic bands on the outside. The grill had been significantly cost reduced from the previous years model and required more assembly. Contacting Char-Broil was frustrating for replacement parts. Spent over an hour on hold on the phone 3 times. Gave up and filed a report on-line. Two days later they contacted me and another 5 days later received replacement parts. Three of the 5 were defective or damaged again in shipment. Gave up, repaired parts myself so I could assemble grill. The grill cooks well but I am disappointed in it's quality and Char-Broil support.

The grill arrived and we checked for dents first thing due to reading other reviews. There was a big dent in grill cover and front. We contacted Charbroiler whom states they will replace these parts but it is not recified yet. The box had been previously opened so it may have been returned for the same reason but didn't get placed in damaged goods and was sent out again. The grill itself is very nice and cooks very quickly. We didn't return the grill as we had planned to use it that weekend and since Charbroiler has said they would just replace damaged parts. We are looking forward to many cookouts with this grill. Love the ease of starting and heats quickly.

Love the grill, the only thing I'm not to happy about is the groove cleaning tool. The tool provided for cleaning the grooves doesn't work very well and is not very comfortable to use and a normal grill cleaning tool brush isn't much help either because it doesn't get down into the grooves very well. Char-Broil needs to come up with a better tool and then the grill would be great. Also as a note, if you need a grill that doesn't get very hot (like for smoking) this isn't the grill as it runs at about 4 to 5 hundred degrees on it's lowest setting.

I bought this grill last year and have had a year of excellent grilling results. It took time to figure out how to clean the grates efficiently: Before heating, I use a big grill brush, then stainless steel pads followed by wiping off with a oiled paper towel, A little more work than my bride wants to do, but I don't mind knowing the grilling results, Temperature gauges are useless but don't really need them.

We purchase this Grill because of the Infrared. After using a few time we have noticed a BIG change in how tender and moist our meat is after grilling! OMG Great... Plus NO flair ups at all.
