I was so excited to order this swing set for my daughter! It's affordable and just the right size for my 2 year old who is the only child. With that being said, I don't think this would be a good purchase for older kids or a family with multiple children since the wood is thinner than I had originally thought or expected. If I were you I would spring for the extra dough and go bigger and sturdier. As for putting this thing together it was a little ruff and it didn't help that not all the materials were missing. A bag of screws, a bag of washers, and a board were all MIA! So stressful! We saved putting the ladder on last due to it needing two people to assemble...the dang board exploded! Not just split but exploded and it was a predrilled whole with a bolt! Talk about frustrating!!!! Oh! And the directions! Can someone rewrite the dang directions?! They are hard to follow without flipping forward to make sure all the predrilled wholes are where they need to be or at least rename them so they are easier?! I swear they did it on purpose so people would get frustrated and just call to PAY their people to come out and put it together. All in all I would NOT recommend buying this swing set for anyone with more than one child and not over the age of 4.

As other reviewers have said, this is a bear to assemble. The only other complaint I have is that the wood is very thin and just seems cheap in general. Also, it's extremely orange (almost red)... not the "natural" looking wood as the photo suggests. But at this point it's serving it's function... our son has a blast playing on it.

We got this for our kids for Christmas and they love it. It took a while to put together with my husband and father-in-law working on it for probably 10-12 hours together (and my husband working on it several by himself). But it was worth it. It is very sturdy and the kids (5 and 2) really enjoy it!

We bought one of these for my great grandkids in Ohio so we decided to buy another one for our great grandkids in Missouri. They really love it.

Great product so far instructions are easy to understand. You will need approx 2 good days to assemble. Well worth it!

Got this set for my nephews and they loved it! Great quality and easy to assemble using the BILT app!

I built it last weekend. The kids love it. It took 16 hours to build. It was short a couple of bolts and nuts.

I bought it several weeks ago but recently put it together.....2 days, 3 people (one a carpenter). It was tedious, many parts, decent directions.
