Arrived with several broken pieces. The wood was either Flimsy, broken or warped. I had to either reinforce several pieces or completely replace them. The picnic table is a death trap. I still don't feel 100% safe with my daughter playing on it and it took a full 2 days to assemble. It isn't worth half what I paid for it.

The ordering process was a bit difficult because Delivery and set up was a different location but your people via the phone were most helpful. The set up company was inefficent and hard to contact...they charged my credit card but did not assign me an order number.....

It took 2 experienced men about 12 hours to put the entire set together. Directions could be clearer and more explicit. One needs to take the time to separate the pieces according to numbering system and separate the hardware as well (but leave in their individual bags). The set went together rather easily but is time consuming due to the sheer number of pieces. A few wooden pieces were warped so force was needed to make the pre-drilled holes align. Two holes simply could not be aligned and a new set of holes were drilled to fit the pieces together. Three or four boards were cracked but don't seem to affect the function of the of the set, at least in the short term. Bottom line - take your time, separate the pieces and hardware, read and reread the assembly instructions and it all should go together without much hassle.

When I first opened this swing set I was in a little bit of shock. There were many, many parts that needed to be put together. However, the wood and the hardware were nicely marked. I took my time and it took most of the day. It is a very nice swing set and my daughter has much fun with it. I would definitely recommend this to others.

This was the best choice swingset we could find for our 2 year old little girl. This swingset is exactly as advertised and she loves it! It is a little smaller than I expected but its perfect for a younger child. The ground level clubhouse is a great selling feature as she does not have to climb anything to use it.

This set is good for what we need it to be now but am slightly disappointed in the quality of the wood. for a small child it is ok, but we had some pieces missing (which were shipped right away when calling company) and if an adult sits on some parts (as my child is two and likes for me to be up there with him) the wood feels like it is bending and may crack. also instruction on how to assemble were HORRIBLE. My son however loves the slide and swings. we will see how long this set will hold up

Purchased play set. Many parts were broken or cracked. Safety Risk shown. Tried to call and emailed but no proper response at all.

I bought this about a month ago and still won't have it put up until the end of the month - buyers beware.

Kids love it, they use every day. The wood is VERY cheap, the wood beam above the swings needs to be replaced. It's a bummer because this thing wasn't that cheap

Great quality, great price! We got it for our kids for an early Christmas present and could not be happier. It does take abot 12 hours to put together but it is easy as long as you seperate all the parts in order of packing list. My kids are 2 & 4
