This slide is great, my kids love it. No play set is "easy" to put together, but the instructions were clear, the pieces were labeled well and all the pieces were there. We had a little trouble installing the door. A piece was a little too big (easy to cut down). Shipping had to be coordinated with the shipping company due to the size of the item. Shipped well, company was easy to work with and was delivered ahead of schedule. The quality is wonderful, even my 9yo can use the monkey bars. Two kids (3yo & 5yo) swinging at the same time, it does sway a bit more than I like, but is still sturdy. After only 7 months (in Florida) the redness is wearing off / appears distressed, but we have not put a sealant on the wood, which I think was recommended, and we've had ALOT of rain this season. The fort door doesn't tolerate rough play, the first week my 3yo was playing with it, one hinge bent and the magnet is now off so the door won't close (again ... easy fix). The fort is my kids favorite part so it's played with a lot. The picnic bench doesn't hold weight well. My son almost 100lb sits down and it bends ... a lot. Overall this is a great product, any problems can be fixed ... it's wood. My children (3 & 9) love this set and play with it all the time.

Took one adult with construction/carpentry exp and one adult assisting, occasionally, 12 hrs to put together. This was including having to redo some portions due to the instructions not always being so clear. But, the set was not bad to put together. Save yourself frustration and time by organizing all the wood pieces before you start. All our kids (18 months to 8 yrs old) LOVE this set. Great value for the price.

We have had the set up for about two months and one of the beams of wood has cracked and the brackets at the bottom of the set that anchor it to the ground have already popped in three places. I think it just needs bigger anchors but the wood is also not the strongest so that could be something that could also be approved on at least the main supports.

I bought this swing get 2 months ago. It is a great set for my 19 month old to grow into. We did not install the glider because I only have 1 child and we added a bucket swing. There are some great qualities as well as no so great qualities. My father - in law is incredibly handy and it took my husband and him 2 full days to put together. You have to put together everything!!! The wood split and cracked a lot during install and is already peeling in some places. We are adding extra wood to certain areas for added strength. Overall it is a good set up slightly disappointed in the overall quality for the price!

My 2.5 year old loves this set and will have years of fun with it! It took 10 hours for 6 adults to assemble. We had 14 pieces of broken wood that we are still waiting for replacements for and it has been 10 days since I called and requested them. I was not at all happy to pay this much money and have it come with broken/ warped pieces. Customer service was nice and said the new wood would be here in 7-14 business days... We will see. But it is a nice set and my son does love playing on it!

Some of the wood is painted to look like cedar (the paint is chipping on the beam that holds the swings) and the actual cedar pieces are very thin. I'm not sure how long it will last in the elements but it will be fine while my son is small. I was under the impression that the entire frame was cedar.

We purchased this for our 2 year old for Christmas after hours of looing online. Ordered it on a Sunday and it showed up that following Thursday and it showed up in 2 boxes, which made us wonder, but everything was there! We actually went through the list and made sure. My husband sealed all the pieces before we putting it together. He first assembled the monkey bar section, then the swing bar, and then the actual fort/play house section. So we had 3 separate pieces to start. Made it a lot easier to decide where we were going to put it with it being in sections. In 3 hours we went from the separate pieces to having everything but the roof and slide put together. It was definitely a 2 person job, but nowhere near as hard as expected. We might have 2 whole days in this total.

Purchased this for my child along with the installation package. Installer scheduling was very accommodating and the installer arrived at the scheduled time. No mention in any of the information did it state that the ground had to be perfectly level prior to installation. When the installer arrived he refused to do the work because the ground wasn't level and stated that it would be around another $1,000 for the install to level the yard. We declined that offer and Sams Club did refund the installation portion of the cost without argument. I leveled the yard myself and completed the install. The install and yard leveling took a little over three evenings and a full Saturday. I did have to enlist help for the final stages of installation. The directions are very good in some instances and very difficult to read in others. Example of this is the swing installation. Almost no detail to the drawings, just do the best you can with the drawings provided (a lot of guess work here). On the other hand, the door instructions were extremely detailed and clear. Unfortunately, there is a warp in the lower paneling boards so the door won't fit until I plane off between an 1/8 and 1/4" of wood, so no door installed for now. The slide is fairly cheap in my opinion and the building instructions are fairly light on information. Around a dozen pieces of wood were split either upon arrival or when being screwed together. There is a replacement policy and it states that any piece of wood that needs to be replaced within 30 days of purchase will be sent free of any charge and with free shipping. We have requested some of the split pieces be sent out and will know if this policy is legitimate soon. The information also includes a discounting program for replacing damaged and broken parts over a 5 year period with a sliding scale of cost for each year. I.e. the longer you own the play set the more repair parts cost. The picnic bench is strangely built and unsupported. The M10 (their coding system) slats are very thin and don't have additional support/bracing. Some of the boards have already split and I don't expect that the picnic bench section will last long. I will probably have to buy some type of 1/2" plywood to fix this in the near future. The set looks great, the delivery crew helped get the set into the garage even though their customer service agent said they wouldn't do that. The roof is a tongue and groove system that was easy to install. My child is very pleased right now. Overall it appears to be good value for the price. Just remember if scheduling for installation all the dirt work has to be completed prior to their installers arrival or you may have to pay an additional, unplanned, fee for dirt work.

The ordering and delivery was easy and great. Putting it together needed as described two persons about a day and a half but was not too difficult. It is a nice playset but I was a bit disappointed as it is smaller as it looks in the pics and the wood is not very sturdy. It had chips from the beginning and the board that connects the two from the swing split in half after a couple of uses of the swing. My husband fixed it with a board we had on hand easy enough though. It says for kids 3-10 but my son at 7 is almost already too big. Other the above it is a nice playset and my kids still enjoy it. I would buy it again but not for $800. The price is IMO a bit too high for the product received.
