I purchased this about two summers ago for my daycare. It started falling apart the first use of summer. And it continues to fall apart. The wood is thin and cheap. I even had it professionally installed. The roof of the Playhouse is peeling off the boards are coming apart, I don't let the kids swing high at all because it lifts off the ground. I'm actually nervous for how safe it is.

It's a waste of money. The wood is cheap and makes for an unstable play house. The whole thing moves if a child tries to swing on it. The screws can't even keep a grip in the wood. Don't waste your money on this or the brand. I've only had it a few months and pieces are already falling off and the wood is breaking.

Very good durable swing set for our grandchildren; however it took two grown men two and a half days to put it together! The instructions were terrible; they would follow directions on one page and then get to the following page and would have to undo the previous thing they had put together! After it was finally completed, we are very happy with it and the grandchildren LOVE it!

my dad basically completed the project in the first 24 hours we received the delivery. He stated instructions were easy to read and the play set was easy to put together. He read the instructions a couple times each step to make sure he was putting together properly.

This playset looks great. Be ware the wood is not a good quality. has broken in the same area twice so far. the area where the swings are. I did get replacement wood and repaired but I am uncomfortable with letting too many children on it at the same time. This broke the first time when a 7 and a 9 year old was on it in that area at the same time. No one was hurt but it was scary to see this happen. I only let very small children play on it. I am very unhappy with this purchase.

We bought this right before Covid-19 hit big. We bought a new one because we had moved to a new home, and just always had one for the kids. We had no idea what a life saver it would be when everything shut down. We we're all the sudden home, all the time and it was such a great set for the kids to go out and play on. The love the upper deck and the little “house” as the girls call it under the slide, with the door. They have grand adventures some days, other days the read in the upper deck or just swing. It is well made, we added some additional ground steaks, to help secure it as we get really strong winds, but it is awesome!

Nice quality set but... How can a swing set be missing 2 swing slings. It is all about those slings. My kids are enjoying it very much but they cannot swing simply because someone at factory decided that there is no need for those slings to be included. Also bad pieces of wood, non-aligned wholes, and short on screws and bolts. Hired a Pro to assemble it whom he came with another person and took 2 days to put it together. Pay the extra somewhere else and make sure installation is included. After paying $400.00 for installation, I still have to deal with all the shorted parts when received otherwise it is going to cost another $150.00 for the installer to come back.

We bought this in late March, had it installed through Sam's early April. In early November I called the company to tell them parts were falling off, the wood was rotting, and there are large cracks in almost every area where a bolt was placed. The response was provide us with a part # (which have all faded) and we will send you replacement parts, when I explained it had faded, she sends me a manual to find them for myself, and finally she states you should have sealed it. Mind you it comes stained so it should have lasted at least a year before sealing. But the stain they use is for decoration not protection. Now this is my first swingset purchase, so I may have missed some things, but I was never told to seal it. The warranty is VERY limited as in non-existent. We will likely throw this out next year for safety reasons as the wood can't be put back together it is literally rotting in 7 months. I believe it should have held up better than that for the price we paid.

Used the “BILT” app as suggested on the packaging which made assembly much easier and quicker. All in all took about 9 hours to assemble which I was mostly able to do myself. Areas for improvement: the stakes do not stay in the ground especially after it rains a lot. Some of the wood has already splintered. the BILT app was wrong twice with which Bolt/nut to use but referred back to paper instructions to resolve that issue. Pros: kids have certainly enjoyed it, especially considering parks have been closed due to covid. If you have kids that love play parks it serves as a very valuable outlet for them.

I spent about two years scouring different websites, different stores, different reviews, etc trying to find an affordable playset that would hold up. This one came back with the best reviews and price. First problem is check out and the third party shipping it. They didn't try to email me when the phone number on file wasn't working. They were able to provide tracking to my email, but never reached out that way. We ended up having to call about it when it was sitting in a truck somewhere for three days. My fault completely for having a bad number on file, however, when checking out, there should have been steps to verify our phone number and there wasn't. Second problem is that they were only able to drop the boxes at the end of our driveway...the boxes came on a pallet and were 400 pounds a piece. The playset was going to be assembled about 500 feet further. My husband had to move the boxes by himself to the back of the house. If things are brought to a house on a pallet, people shouldn't have to move it. Third problem, not all of the pieces are actually labeled. We had to guesstimate which ones matched up. It's not a huge problem as logically things need to match up and there was a list of how many of what pieces there were, just an inconvenience. Fourth problem, the playset came with a set of instructions and an app you could download to walk you through it. They had two different sets of instructions. Part numbers didn't line up. The app would say one part goes this way and the manual would say one part goes this way. My husband said they had to just wing it because they didn't know which instructions were correct. Fifth problem, there were parts that my husband had to “predrill” himself. Luckily my husband and his two friends that put the playset together are handy people, otherwise this would have never worked. FYI, the total build time of this playset was 9.5 hours. Three manual laboring type men, 9.5 hours. Sixth problem...this playset isn't going to last. It's beautiful, don't get me wrong. At a glance, it looks amazing. However, our girls are 40 and 60 pounds each, and the swing set side wobbles when they're swinging. We're going to try to figure out how to reinforce it at some point because it just won't do. The wood is thin pieces of wood, majority are only about an inch thick. I suppose I'll count our blessings that none of the wood was cracked or shattered. Do yourself a favor, and go buy some quality wood and build your playset from the ground up. For $900+, we could have bought real quality wood and built a set that would last for more years than I'm guessing this one will. The only reason it got two stars is because our girls are over the moon with this. If they weren't home when the men put this together, I would have sent this whole set back. I'm extremely disappointed and can't believe we wasted this much money.
