Size issue

Outside of the size, it's great. I purchased this television for a specific 68" space side to side. After unboxing and setting up, i realized the tv was only 58" across. I contacted vizio and they explained how they do measurements of their products. Wish i would've known this prior to purchase, i would've purchased a larger one. Tv just looks odd in the space.

It was all good until...

The tv worked perfectly for about 9 months, then one morning after a regular watching session before going to sleep the tv I turn it on and it has a bunch of static lines on the screen. It looks broken now for no apparent reason as this tv is wall mounted and literally went to sleep turned it off, woke up turn it on and its broken.

Great Picture

Had another brand get a line through the middle of the TV after 3 years. I have another Vizio 6+ years old and it is still going. Saw this for a great deal and decided to replace the now broken TV. Has an even better picture than the other brand. App navigation is great (other bad reviews said theirs were laggy...mine has no issues). Only reason not 5 stars is because I've already had to reset the TV to factory settings due to the wifi all of a sudden decided to not connect. Hope it is a one-time issue.

Incredibly terrible smartcast

I have tried getting smartcast to work with my peloton app for the past hour. I am stuck in an endless loop. Every single tome I try and launch smartcast it takes me to the wrong screen/register product page. I have entered the same info 25 times now. This is just awful. Zero stars if possible.

Hello Suzy2, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. It sounds like it would be best to remove and reinstall the VIZIO SmartCast app. But my recommendation would be to make sure that your casting device and TV are on the same network first. This way, as long as both the TV and casting device are on the same network, you can select the casting button in the Peloton app and select the TV name. This allows you to cast from your device to your TV without having to use or go through the SmartCast app first. Very Glitchy

I bought this just a few months ago & am already having problems. The volume on TV isn't operating correctly. It gets stuck to the point I have to unplug, wait a minute, & plug back in. Still haven't figured out the volume problem. Can't beleive it is only 3 months old.

Great TV

I recently bought 3 Fire Tv's. I absolutely hate them. All 3 are cheaply made porr picture Quality. First time ever not buying a Vizio. Well changed them to VIZIO. Best thing I did. Vizio makes the best Tv's, I will never buy or own anything else but a Vizio. GOOD WORK VIZIO.

Beautiful Picture, Awesome Color

The TV is excellent, glad we purchased it, however, had a complicated time setting the TV up. Turning it on took a lot of time, not having an indicator that the TV was on, pushed the button many times then it came on. I would suggest that more information be supplied regarding set up, turn-on and options showing how to connect to a satellite system, which selection should be chosen for cable, antenna, and satellite. More of a user manual should be supplied.

Easy Peasy

This TV is chock full of features, but was very easy to setup. Also, the cable box communicated with the Smart TV and set it self up (nice). I am using one remote for most functions! The VIZIO Surround sound integrates perfectly and the cable box found it as well.

Couldn't download any other apps

The picture was good. The only problem I had with the tv is that what apps were pre-loaded on the TV that was it. I could not download any other apps to it. What smart tv doesn't offer Sling?! I returned it because I couldn't customize the apps I actually use.

This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.
