Great tv excellent customer service

I recently had to replace my Vizio that I had over the years with a new Vizio tv. The price was good, the fit of the trim my home was great, the quality of the tv was also great. I had some questions regarding the tv and I contacted customer service twice with 2 different questions and both representatives gave me so much information, they were both excellent!

Great Product

There really is one thing that I do wish that Vizio would do better at and that is the audio. I have a 29-inch monitor that has built-in speakers and the audio on the monitor is much better than that of the Vizio. But other than that I do love the TV.

Clear picture but troubleshooting issues

Clear picture but troubleshooting issues It shuts off in the middle of the movies streaming is Horrible I call in before because I couldn't take it back we're I brought it from they said it was past 30 days on the 29th day smh n that I had to go through the company and all they did was help me troubleshoot it when I actually need a new tv I feel like it was money wasted I could've just brought a cheaper tv with the same problems !!!!

price is right for tv

The detail bar showing what is on the TV now needs improvement. The characters are too small and slim. They are hard to read at a distance. They should be at least 10 times bigger. Viewing angle is critical too. Colors will look washed out when view at an angle.

Best TV Brand period!!!

I have Vizio through out our home... been buying them for years ( well they last for years ) and when we can upgrade to a bigger one , we do and bless someone else with one... I highly recommend VIZIO products , something about the clarity of the tv picture that stands out more to me than others ... Highly recommend it!!!! And especially now with all this smart stuff, once you figure it out it makes it so much easier to enjoy tv ...

Volume problems

Volume is...awful would be an improvement; muffled, distorted, etc. To hear anything you have to turn the volume to 43 (volume goes up to 100). When it goes to a commercial the volume increases almost two fold. When it went f/commercial to the show I was watching, to compare sound, I turned the volume up to around 80 to get the same level of sound. Was chatting with a Vizio tech who had me to try a couple of things which, I had already tried on my own. When it didn't resolve the problem, they had me to do a factory reset. Once complete, the sound from the show and commercials where near the same level, until I turned on the volume balancer...then the commercials went to blasting again. In the middle of all of the above, we were disconnected...looks like a problem on Vizio's side; received a message to try again later. Frustrating after being on a call for 30-45 minutes. Been through this a couple of times...would like to get a replacement or a refund if we can't get the volume right. I'm asked below if I would recommend Vizio to a friend? We have another Vizio product we are happy with but, based on this experience no. If they resolve the problem or replace the unit, my opinion would change.

Ok

It is ok for the price and is much better than my 1080 TVs. It has its moment where you can tell the 4K is working and on some even 4K HDR movies they just look like a real good 1080. But for the price I can't complain. The tv does act like it has a mind of its own and sometimes just loses volum on its own

I think it's real good

My last 3 TV's have been Vizio's and I have been happy with each. This new TV is a "V" series which seems to be the budget series of Vizio. At first I didn't think it was as clear as my previous "M" sries, but now I am not sure, but it looks good and I'm happy.

Love the capability!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is capable and works great. It has three HDMI connections and has smart cast. It also has many built-in apps. We love the functionality of this TV and look forward to using it for years to come.

A highly competent TV at a very good price

This is a very solid TV (that very politely drops down a resolution level on 35mm movies, so that one does not become too familiar with the limitations on Hollywood makeup work and bluescreen technology. Everything runs well and ably, and finding remote control applications on one's phone or tablet is refreshingly easy. The single downside in this, and the only reason I'm (barely) giving it four stars instead of five is that the applications are in a closed ecosystem, which means if you want your favorite streaming or music app on your television, you may want to check first. Overall, though, I'm incredibly happy with the product/price matrix point on this one.
