Is It a Gym, or Is It a Man Cave?

I purchased a new Bowflex C6 Indoor Exercise Bike, and although the experience using apps like FulGaz and Zwift was good on the iPad Pro, I wanted something more immersive. Enter, this awesome Vizio TV! In the end, my gym became more of a man cave, although our largest dog is usually the only other occupant when I am down there. :-) I am very impressed with both the picture quality and the features of the TV (including the smart apps). For over a decade we've only purchased Vizio TVs (we have 4 now)...and will continue to!

Perfect for my Gameroom

This TV is amazing for the price, I cant understand why someone would have anything negative to say about the TV it self or the smart features. Great picture and quality. I stay loyal to Vizio because of great products like this. The only negative quality is the built in speakers but who really uses those anyways...

Awesome TV

I had a 4k LED Samsung that I bought 6 years ago that I really enjoyed until it got a white spot in the middle of the screen. I paid almost 1500 for that TV and didn't think I would find a better picture without spending that much again. The Vizio TV I got just a few weeks ago hands down beats the Samsung TV 1000 x over. This TV has and amazing picture and colors, and sounds awesome. The Vizio team has out done their self on performance!

Great TV

I bought this TV back in May 2020 but didn't get it til June 2020 because of the pandemic. When I received it, I quickly set it up and I'm happy I did. Picture and sound are great and new features like the voice control is convenient. The bigger size is also what I needed and enjoy. It looks great in my living room.

So Far So Good

I've had the TV for about 3 weeks. It was a bit difficult to set up with cable TV and syncing the remotes but I finally got it to work. There's been a few times I've had to unplug the TV because it wouldn't turn on with the remotes. Hoepfully, this will not continue to occur.

Great picture!

My wife and I have been purchasing only Vizio for more then 10 years. It is one of the best values in electronics as far as we're concerned. We've never had even 1 issue with any so I honestly couldn't say how their customer service is because we've never used them!

Had some problems at first but works good now

I bought this tv and right out of the box it did not work, the home screen was just black and aside from the Netflix button working, almost every other button on the remote would black screen or turn off the tv and freeze the buttons for a few minutes. I exchanged it for another one thinking I had a lemon and encountered the exact same issue. I contacted Vizio support and the dude I talked with helped me through a couple of resets (which I had tried previously), and nothing worked. I was told that there is an update coming soon that should fix it but they had no timeline and it "could be today, could be in a few months". Luckily the update happened a couple days later right before I was going to return it and so far I am very happy with the TV. Easy to navigate the home screen and the picture adjustment is great for gaming. My only complaint at this point is there is no HBO app. Hoping it holds up for a few years.

Smartcast has yet to work.

I bought this two weeks ago and the smartcast feature has never worked. I have other streaming devices, so it's not the end of the world, but it's kind of amazing that Vizio can't seem to fix it. They keep offering the same fix to folks who ask about the issue, and it doesn't seem to work for anyone. I have disconnected my tv from our wifi because not only does the Smartcast not work, it kind of bricks your tv for 3-5 minutes while you desperately press buttons and stare at a black screen. So confusing for someone who is setting it up for the first time. Picture is nice though. And it works well with me Vizio soundbar. So that is a plus. Otherwise it would be going back.

Great TV When it Works Properly

I bought this TV about 7 months ago. I like the size and the picture quality is great. What I don't like is that the TV and remote do not always communicate properly, sometimes it takes multiple tries to get the cursor to move or the TV to respond to a button. Overall it's a good TV. I would just prefer that it be more responsive.

Loving It!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love, love my Vizio TV. Its so easy to use. When there's something that I don't understand Vizio has built in instructions at you fingertips. The website is user friendly also. The even have a chat selection if needed. I've l love using the Smartcast feature. I truly love their products and would highly recommend them.
